We rented a big box truck with mechanical lift from All Star Rents and were very pleased with this company. A prompt reply to my online inquiry and easy setup. They gave me a competitive price AND the truck was well-maintained. I rent enough of these box trucks to know that one does not typically get both of those qualities in one rental!

The rental was almost 6 hours late. they did take half of and that was greatly appreciated. although not only did I have to pay guys to stay around for 6 hours plus, it started raining immediately after delivery. cost me about 1500$. I may try them again due to them reducing rental fee, but definitely not if I have a specific time I need it delivered.

We rented some folding chairs, bar tables and a wedding aisle runner. I was surprised that they had these items. I reserved them ahead of time and it was an easy pick-up and drop-off. The chairs were a bit worn and I probably should have had chair covers since we were using them for a wedding.

We rented tables, chairs and a grill for our daughters graduation party. Gabe was VERY helpful in picking out the best available tables and personally power-washing the grill before loading it in my van. Everything worked great, and returning the equipment afterwards was smooth. Perfect experience, and I recommended All-Star rents to everyone who inquired about the grill.

Came here a few times to refill propane tanks, but this last time at All Star Rents was a joke. One tank was 1/2 full or maybe had a bit more in it and the other completely empty. I figured why not have it topped off... right? In the end I was Charged More for the 1/2 full tank than the empty tank. I wonder how that works out? Who knows but youll all ways pay extra money for incompetence. I do not care for re payment or to try and make it right if management is reading. Thanks but no thanks
