People are nice and helpful. Great printing experience! Once I need to print a 36 by 48 poster, and needed it urgently. I brought in electronic copy to the shop just 2 hours before the event where I needed it. I thought no shop would make it, but this one did! They really go out of their way to help you without interfering with other customers experience as they increased the staff at the station. Would recommend! Great printing quality as well!

This site has easy parking, lots of choices in color marking pens, and helpful staff. The hours are fantastic, early opening.

Great service is rare these days, however, the computer tech provided expert service on my computer in a timely manner; cleaning inside and scanning for problems. My Pcs performing like new, much faster and quieter than before. I highly recommend this staff, and this store in general. The copy service provides professional service, and always answers questions.

Highly recommend their computer repair! After bringing my laptop to be setup by Geek Squad and having the worst experience with customer service Ive ever had, the service I received here was refreshing! Jeremy worked with me every step of the way and is a true professional. He is clearly knowledgeable and I trust him completely with my laptop. The prices here are also significantly more reasonable than other places as well. Thank you Jeremy for fixing my problem laptop and for the wonderful customer service!

They made printing brochures fast and easy.

Employees are helpful and they have a large selection of everything office related, chairs, paper, laptops, tablets, pens, and whatever else to want. Most of the prices are reasonable and sale prices can be pretty cheap. Dont buy cables here though. They charge roughly 10 times what a cable is available for online.

Tried to make a very basic 17x11” copy and they could not do it because they were Amaris printer might jam. Both girl behind counter and manager were rude, actually beyond rude unfriendly and in helpful. No one around to help find a simple Business card binder.Drove here from woodland, Went to Staples in Sac. They actually laughed at Office Max’s inability or lack of effort to make a simple copy.

Ive been shopping here for some years now and I will say you will find the best prices here, they even price match Amazon! Costumer service is A+.

After many years of writing checks at Office Max (including two in the past week) todays sales associate took my drivers license, scanned it manually, then swiped it through a machine. Never has an Office Max employee done this, and it was done without my permission. Furthermore, all checks written at Office Max are processed electronically, clearing the bank immediately. I dont know where the information goes or how long it is held - A violation of my privacy! I will not shop at Office Max again and will encourage others to do the same.

Dont buy any warranty plan from them. I bought a chair two years age. One agent told me that with the warranty I can replace this chair by a new one freely anytime I want within 3 years, but it turns out they only replace the chair if its damaged. They send me a gift card instead, and send to a wrong address.

I looked for photo mailers and couldnt find any. I asked if they had photo mailers, and was told they did and told to look on aisle 3. There were no photo mailers. I asked again, and the employee said, If theyre not there, we probably dont carry them.

Print order was very cheap but several hours late. Lesson learned for next time. Wont print with them again if its highly time sensitive.

Check your receipt twice. Out of 4 visit last year twice they charged me for more items than I was buying and once an item labeled $13 in aisle was $37 at checkout.
