Troy was a delight to work with. As someone who seems to truly enjoy working with people and aspiring to excellence in his field, his passion seemed to spill over (ha!) into his work. He came with excellent equipment, disclosed up front what could and could not be done with our creme-colored carpet, and got to work. Next day at my request, he came back to clean a runner carpet I forgot to ask him to do during his first visit, and he charged us nothing for the extra work. I think he and his company set the bar for carpet cleaning services as well as service providers in general who work with the general public. 5 out of 5 stars well deserved; I highly recommend Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning.

It was a fantastic experience and was very professional. I couldn’t believe how wonderful it was and was treated like I was family. Made sure I was happy and content with the service and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He asked questions and even offered several different options on cost to help me out. He vacuumed even though I had just to assure me that wouldn’t leave dirt in the carpet and I was so surprised when he showed me the container there my vacuum had left a lot of dirt behind. I was very surprised and glad he did that! The carpets were stained and after he treated them they looked like they were new! I highly recommend this company! I will definitely use him again! Troy also was kind enough to point out one stain was related the leak from recent new fridge removed and replaced and noticed the cut off valve was not taken care of and provided fan to make sure it dried out completely after he helped close it correctly! That is what I call personal and professional service!

Troy was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. We are a family of six and had many areas with heavy traffic. He spent the time to do it right at a very reasonable price. If you are a renter, he works closely with the property management firms and assisted with getting the receipt to the right people. Great work!

Troy really took a crazy looking carpet situation and restored it back to its clean condition. Hes really funny and awesome to work with, would recommend if you need a quick carpet fix!

Troy came and did the carpets today and did a fantastic job. He took a good amount of time, but he made sure he did a more thorough cleaning because it had been a while since the last carpet cleaning. Overall very pleased with his work, and the price was extremely reasonable. Very friendly guy too. Highly recommend his service.

Troy does a fantastic job! Our carpets looked brand new when he was done and they dried super fast. Im not always comfortable having people working in our house but Troy was extremely professional and personable and I felt very comfortable having him in our home.
