Starting from the first call to Melisa, then the owner Jerry, his sons and all the way to Anthony I am speechless.They have a passion for their work and more than that the customers satisfaction is a top priority to them. I am so blessed to have call them for this job that seemed like a disaster until you see the finish product. I am so grateful for the outstanding job they did. Their price is great. We used this company last week to drain our septic tank. We didnt catch his name but the guy that came out was super fast and very personable. He came on time and definitely knew what he was doing. Fast, efficient, and professional. When youβre dealing with $&@*, these are the qualities you want in the crew maintaining or repairing your septic tank. My home is filled with remnants of bad DIY projects and the septic tank was no exception. However, after speaking with the team at my home, they reassured me that what I needed was to stay on top of my maintenance schedule (cleaning every 3-5 years, based on usage). My tank was buried under a wooden deck. Not only did they help me identify where the access hatch was but recommended better ways to secure the space while still providing access for maintenance. Great work overall, will recommend again!
I called to schedule an inspection as I needed to know my exact septic location for a pool Im installing.They told me Id need a clean out and a inspection. I didnt argue as to why Id need both and just agreed to the services.Initially they were super polite. They told me I needed to order an original sealed survey for them to draw my system to scale on it. I order it, called right back to set the appointment and didnt argue the prices. I was told that they were currently working on emergency situations from all of the rain we recently received and they would call me in a few days to schedule the work. That was a week ago, I have called and left multiple messages with no reply. They are no longer answering my calls. Take your business elsewhere, I am.
Our two septic tanks were filled up and backing up inside our business. called Jerrys plumbing and Melissa was quick, courteous and got a crew out here within a few hours and had us taken care of .couldnt be more pleased with the professionalism by the operator Melissa and the crew members. we had no idea about the current location of tanks but Anthony was able to figure out where our tank was and got everything cleared out the same day. well be using their services again.
Anthony came out and got right to work. They emptied our septic system and before I knew it, he was done. Very professional, good guy. Melissa, in the office, was very communicative and gave me all the possibilities of the servicing and the prices, should they encounter anything beyond what was to be expected. Everything turned out great. 10/10 would recommend.
Had to have a new drain field installed - Jerrys customer service and quality was fantastic. Its hard to find a good reliable business in South Florida - I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you need your septic tank cleaned or a new drain field! Outstanding job!

I had a septic tank 1050 gallon with a 300 drainfield square feet. such an amazing job the crew did that day. thank you very much and I will highly recommend this company. if there was 100 stars I would put 100 stars.
We developed a hole in our lawn ! Turned out it was a hole into the septic tank. Jerrys did a pump out and inspection and replaced the broken lid that had failed and caused the problem. We are very happy with the service from the initial informative conversations on the phone to the pump out and lid replacement.

A previous spectic tank company left excess soil on my property, and as a consequence, I am having a problem with the yards elevation and puddling which is causing water damage issues in my home. I needed an experts opinion, and i was willing to pay for an assessment. I could not believe that Jerry had his crew come to my home for FREE to give me an assessment and guide me as to how to proceed such that I solve the elevation issue without affecting the integrity of the septic tank.Who does that for FREE now-a-days?His secretary, Melissa, also guided me to contact the Dept. of Health so that they could also help. Because of her FREE advice, I was able to get the Dept. of Health to visit my home, and they echoed Jerrys advice.This is an HONEST and GOOD-WILLED company.I have had a lot of bad experiences with contractors, but every once in a while God shows me that there are still Good people out there!Use Jerrys Spetic Tank company! Hands down!!!!!!!

You will regret using anyone other than Jerry. I used another company for my drain field and have had nothing but problems with it and its only 4 years old. Jerrys crew came out and fixed my issue. They also have saved me from spending even more money down the road. If I could give more stars I would!!!
I have used this company before for my septic tank issues. This time around I had so much trust in the Jerrys septic tank employee that I paid for my service before completion of the work due to time constraints as I was not able to stay and oversee the remainder of the work. I returned to my property to find the work left unfinished and the employee left with my check in his pocket. I am waiting to see if my check will be cashed while my work remains unfinished.

Jerrys Septic Tank Service is the #1 company that I will never turn away from. Jerry is the nicest, funniest, most highly educated and honest man that I have ever met. You get these companies that have receptionists that are rude, hate their job, and take it out on the world, as well as the actual workers are no different. I have had the most pleasant experience with this company. I called, and spoke with his receptionist, who was very sweet, and accommodating. I needed an emergency pump out done. She contacted Jerry immediately, and within minutes, I heard back from her, reassuring me that Jerry will be to my rescue within the hour. Jerrys pricing is great. He not only gets the job done in sufficient time, but he educates you on the proper care for your tank, and everything you need to know to maintain your system correctly. He also, will not pump out your tank if it doesnt need it. He told me, sometimes my line will just have to be snaked out. All in all, I give this company, and this man 5 stars!!!! Thank goodness, there are still some good people in the world. If you go to any other septic tank company, youre nuts! Have a good day!
Jerry is the best all around Septic guy to call when it comes to any of your septic needs. He is the most honest I have delt with in a very long time!! He came out to our septic system and we thought the worse of needing a new drain field $$$. Jerry himself came out and was able to clean our septic system and was very honest about our problem. Thankfully we did not need a drain field.Thank you very much Jerry!!

My husband has been trying to make an appointment to have this company come repair pour septic tank. Every time he calls he gets a different response 2 month later, he calls today & the girl that answered the phone response was they are to busy to come & look at our septic tanks. Thanks for letting me know after multiple phone calls trying to schedule an appointment 2 months later
After our septic tank over-flowed on Christmas Day, i I called this morning at 9 am and They were here by 11 am. Itβs noon and problem solved. Highly recommend!
I called this morning and Jerry came out this afternoon. He cleaned my filter and pumped my tank and all is good now.
Called 3 times spoke to the secretary and never got a phone call back from Jerry.
