The best nail salon I have ever been to!!!!!!! Lisa is absolutely perfect. She is professional, charismatic and did my nails And toes better then anywhere I have ever been… Honestly she is funny and makes you feel so welcome. With all the great reviews, I was surprised at how disappointed I was. As soon as I walked in, I realized this place was not quite organized and neat, and not clean either. I got acrylic nails for the first time and they used heads for the buffer that were in a small bowl coated with debris that comes off of everyone’s nails. None of the tools or machines had seemed to be cleaned or sanitized. Plus, one of the workers took her mask off once her other customer left while I was still in there. I showed the lady the simple design I wanted and she told me it was too hard, so she tried to convince me to do a simpler one. I agreed to the simpler one out of not knowing what to do (as I have never been in that situation), and in the color nude or tan. The lady started to put pure, shear PINK dipp powder on the acrylics... opposite of what I wanted. Now, these acrylics were the kind that just extend off your natural nail and do not cover your entire natural nail, so you could see through the shear pink dipp powder and saw the acrylic part of the nail. I asked for a tan to white ombré, which is quite trendy. Little did I know that adding the dipp powder (which she didn’t even ask me if I was okay with) added a large dollar amount to my total. On the website, full acryclic sets were $25, as were the pedicures (I got one of those as well). Because she added the dipp powder which I didn’t ask for or say okay to, my total was $92 and when I was checking out I was not expecting that crazy price either! Will not be coming here again. With all the great reviews, I am assuming they changed management or something.

WILL NEVER RETURN - Could not get in to my usual nail salon and scored an appt when everyone else was full. Place was empty - tell tale sign. Everything started out nice and with Lisa. She was sullen by the time she finished. My gel polish lasted 3 days..... NEVER AGAIN. Had to go elsewhere to get manicure redone.

Went for a pedicure. A couple days ago, it was a great experience, comfy message chairs at the same time of the pedicure and very nice hard working honest workers. Lisa was the one who helped me & it was all in all great.

Lisa did a great job new set of Acrylic nails! They very beautiful! She was very Professional, was very welcoming. I was able to walk in and get my nails done right away! Miss Wendy was great with my Pedicure! While getting my pedicure I was able to relax and get a massage in their relaxing massage chairs!

Lisa is sweet and did a great job on my nails. Im very picky on how I like my mani pedi done. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Lisa is looking for new nail techs so please contact her if you are interested. She needs help to keep this going for her.

I asked to have the Ombre Done in dip powder . The manager said ok she can do it. OMG she messed up my nails and brushed on powder and told me this was dip. When I asked her to do them over she refused. Charged me 45.00. What a rip off. Do not come here if you know what’s best for you.

Dont know much about mani or pedi 🤔but Lisa is awesome very relaxing I got the hot stone pedi/totally amazing experience. Highly recommend

My first time getting a full set of acrylic nails and was very disappointed. I had seen she didnt do anything to my cuticles so they looked like I needed a fill. Left with my nails looking like a mess.

I moved to South Florida 3 years ago and HAVE NOT been able to find someone as good as Krissy to do my nails. She is amazing shapes them right every time just how i like. My toes are always amazing shape as well and always last just as long as my nails ! Very quick and friendly ! I don’t go ANYWHERE else.

The lady who owns the place has been doing my best friend’s nails her whole life and when she moved into my neighborhood I decided to go to her shop as well. This is a great shop . The owner Kristi really goes the extra mile for her customers . She does great nails and gives excellent pedicures . I highly recommend this shop . Five stars for sure . I visit this Top Nails Salon regularly for all my nail and cosmetic maintenance.Service is personal and can be customed to you as you wish! I have my Nails, Pedicures, Eye Lashes, Eye Brows done by Lisa. She is an exceptional Nail Professional, in every sense of the word. My Gel Nails do not lift and hold to continually last for 3-4weeks without chipping or breaking. I have Lisa due my Eyebrows and most recently my Eyelashes. Her professionality and dedication to perfection is superb! Lashes surpass anyone I have ever used, in the past. With Lisas instructions on the care of lashes... they have lasted 4-6 weeks at a time! Love this place.

I absolutely love this nail salon! The workers are always friendly and knew my name after 2 visits! I love their Pink and Whites done by any of their employees! Their waxing service is also absolutely amazing! Ive been going there for about 10 months now and absolutely love it! I recommend this place to everyone! I also get compliments on my nails even when they are grown out a few weeks!

This is my favorite spot to get my nails done. The owner is very nice and friendly. I have tried their three techs. I do not mind the owners husband, although he did a good job. On the other hand, I cannot stand the young dude. It seems like he has a stick up his behind. Always with an attitude.My technician of choice is always Kim. She is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. She makes sure that one is comfortable and does great work. I always ask for her and always give her a 35% tip. I just love her.I recommend this place if you want a nice family friendly ambiance.

The nail techs are great. But dont think thequality of the gel polish is good. Gels are usually suppose to last 2 or so weeks, however, my gel lasted me 3 days. I returned to get it re done and same results. Not happy .

This place is horrible. Made an appointment and when I arrived I was so rushed. She did my fill in 13 minutes. How is that even possible?! Didn’t file correctly, didn’t even let me wash my hands before the gel polish. My nails currently show my real nail on the sides and the acrylic on top . Just gross and so upsetting. Oh and she charged me extra cause my nails were long!! Lmao

I have gotten acrylic nails 3 times previouslyat all different places and they were not good AT ALL. Ive always been scared to go back but someone recommended this place for me and it was amazing!!! For the first time, my acrylic nails look beautiful. I had them done by Chi. She had to fix them from the previous place I went to because they were a disaster. She really took her time and did a great job. Everyone there is so nice and they really care about their clients. The prices are great too! I HIGHLY reccomend this place to everyone. Im not sure about the other employees but Chi is great!

Honestly I use to like this place. I got my pedicure an I loved it and got acrylic nails too. Two weeks later I when to go remove them, and this guy old men started ripping of my nail off. He had no patients, when he was trying to even out the nail bed, he shaved off so much of the nail that my whole nail bed was red and hurt when I touch it ( its been maybe 4 weeks no and is still red an it still hurts). The way he cut them. Just no. If I was you, I wouldnt go. Spend your money somewhere is. Never going back sorry

I moved to Broward County s almost 3 years ago. I went looking for s nail salon in the area and tried several places. I was never satisfied. Then my daughter discover Top Nails and recommended it to me. I love the atmosphere, the sense of humor but mostly of all, the professionalism displayed by everyone there. Great craftmanship and a huge variety of colors. I highly recommend it!

One of the worst nail experiences I have had. I had to have the nail tech reshape my nail 3 times and she still didn’t give me the shape I wanted. Then the gel polish was all over my cuticles as if I painted my nails myself. When I went back inside to have her fix it, she just repeated the same thing and left polish all over the cuticles again. I’ve never had that problem at any other salon, so disappointed.

Hanah is very gentle with your nails. She takes her time, and waxes great eyebrows. I live in North Miami Beach and I travel to Davie!

Ive been going here for a while, but today will be my last day. I go for a new set and ask Chi to cut them for me and shape them a certain way 3 times, and now they are short, and look like squares on my fingers.. I call back to ask to set up an appt with her tomorrow and she basically says oh find somewhere else, and ends with dont come back here ever again. How unprofessional. Yes Chi the lady that happily greets everyone who walks past the door. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone after this.

Do Not Waste your time or money please. Terrible experience. I arrived in salon happy to see I could get in quickly and realized the reason was because they do poor work. I asked for a simple French with pink and whites the man cut my nails down too short and left them uneven after I asked multiple times for him to even them out. The French manicure looked so bad that I asked if they could paint my nails instead the young man had an attitude the entire time. My nails chipped soon after. The customer service was terrible the manger was not apologetic to me what so ever basically said we try our best ! Your best is not good enough !!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. THE WORST EXPIERENCE BY FAR I HAVE EVER HAD. No one spoke English except the owner, the man doing my nails could not understand a word i said about color, or how the chair didnt work, and couldnt tell me when to remove my hands for a gel manicure.I was thinking and praying the whole time that it would be done. I did not think it could get much worse until I was searching for anyone that spoke English and I told the only woman that did was the owner.I told her how this was by far the most uncomfortable experience of my life, and I was extremely disappointed. She started raising her voice at me, in front of the store, and I calmly said I didn’t want to make a scene. She continued to defend her store, and I quickly signed the bill and left.I demanded a refund, she would not do it. She actually texted and called me saying she would not refund it, and I told her a a business owner she should take pride in customer service. She did not care and said I would be charged.Also there were no licenses on the walls and I am pretty sure it is operating without proper licenses since there was none hanging.Find a better place to spend your money.

I called ahead of time and they have relocated to tower shops next to dsw and its called allure now. Friendly staff clean modern atmosphere. Lis, (pronounce leece) fixed the color on my nails (to correct an issue at a previous nail salon.) She was very attentive friendly and thorough. I think i found a new nail place and I am going to talk to umberto to get my hair done next time. I really like this place so far!!!
