This was the most bizarre and horrible customer service experience that I had in my life. I went in with my 92 year old mom because the phone she had purchased less than a month before was stuck. When we walked in we were not even acknowledged even if there were no other customers in the store. The clerk said it was probably a setting which I thought so too but could not figure it out and neither could she.She called her manager who said over the phone that the warranty was 2 weeks. This is without even asking the phone number or looking up the account. She then took the phone to the store next door because she said they knew more about phones than she did. Yes she left the store unattended.The guy next door took about 10 minutes and was able to reset the phone but while we waited I asked her to please look up my account to check on what a options I had. In the meantime I had looked at my paperwork and found it really was 12 months.So this is the crazy part. I was so aggravated that I decide I was just going to switch my moms phone to my account At T-Mobile so I told her I am going to T-Mobile my Mom will stay here because I know her phone has a balance I need to pay off. So I will be back once I do the paperwork at T-Mobile. When I got back about 20 minutes later I found 2 policemen in the store saying that she had called and accused my mom of hitting her with the walker. This when my mom can barely walk. The rescue had to come because my mom felt so bad she was dizzy and faint. I have full intention of following up with a case against this store for Intentional infliction of emotional distress. To the owner you should look it up IIED. I am waiting the couple of days for the case to be available from the City of Davie.My advice is stay away from this store!!!!

Standing here at this location. Came here to understand how I can use my insurance to get my charging port fixed. I was asked to go to the website. Finally the person understood and got very rude. She seemed like a new intern. When I mentioned that it is very frustrating as a customer she asked me to leave. Love the customer service at this location. . Unfortunate that stuck with this store at Weston.

Employee Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. We accomplished all we had set up to do without any effort besides paying.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.We went to this AT&T to purchase a new iPhone. An employee (or manager not sure) by the name DAKOTA took care of us with the worst attitude, we dont speak English very well and he seemed bothered by that. He did not answer our questions nor explained the monthly payments and next steps after purchasing the phone which wasnt in stock and will be delivered to us until February. He went ahead and printed our invoice and this (pictures attached) is what he gave us, he did not apologize by it just handed us the papers which are ineligible. We really do hope they train their employees better with good customer service and better manners.

The manager, Cliff, is awesome! I didnt even come in to make a purchase and he made me feel valued. I came in a little agitated due to charges on my bill; he went over my bill with me and gave me suggestions on how to lower my bill. He even went over all my possible upgrades and even though I wasnt interested in getting a new phone, Im thinking about it now and I know I will be going to look for Cliff when Im ready. Thank you, Cliff!

Excellent customer service at this Weston location. The store manager Cliff was multitasking all by himself at the location as he had no help. He conducted himself in a very professional manner. Good job here AT&T.

I couldn’t tell you about my experience today because I was parked outside of this AT&T location for 25 minutes on a Sunday (left at 12:25pm) bc no one showed up to open the store! Internet says opens at 11am-7PM (so hours are wrong online and no one has fixed that, which could be a big bother for many who make it here that early) while on the front door it reads “Sun 12:00PM-6:00PM”. I’ve been here before on random times and have even found a white paper on door stating “will be back shortly”???? Who manages this location and how are they making their rent with this kind of disastrous service (or lack of)?!

Dakota and Nicole were very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving my issue. I recommend this location.

Good service but they charge you for insurance and and the next fee with out asking for that I give one star you cant trust anybody this days another store did the same a few years ago and I paid it for years with out knowing not fair/ now 3 month later i was supposed to get a credit for 3 iphone trading and nothing call att and the dont have any record of the trading worse store ever i dont know what Dakota was doing see comments with the same problem looks like a scam7/10/21 another 6 mont went by and I havent got all my credit for 3 phone I trade in someone call me after I email them and he gave me a $50 and said I was going to get a credit every month big lie call to talk to a manager he was busy and he was going to call back and nothing email the owners and nothing stay away from this place I will take them to court

I had a terrible encounter with a clerk that yelled at me to leave because I just wanted to ask more questions about offers. She refused to answer questions cause she claimed there was nothing for me as a costumer. Happily switching to Verizon now!

Whoever is Jake,Earl, Martha and David you are all completely wrong about this store. You don’t even know what you are saying. This store is very helpful and have a friendly staff. They helped my family switch from Sprint to AT&T and gave me spectacular service. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this store. The young man who works there with the manager are great people. They sit down with you and helped me go over the plan and details and best of all they tell you what to expect. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND LOOKING FORWARD TO COME BACK!!!! Those other reviews throw them in the trash were it belongs.

The employees are great had a burnette lady help me with my phone she fixed my phone and gave me tips on how to lower my bill

When our Direct TV bill went up $60.00 this month due to the end of a promotional discount, we were ready to switch carriers for ALL our AT&T accounts, After sitting down with Saad and Piero and going over all our AT&T accounts, they were able to bring our total monthly bill way down. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and were a tremendous help to us. They are the reason we decided to stay with AT&T and are an asset to the company.

Our new cel phones arrived and we had numerous problems transferring photos to our new phones. The staff here was very helpful in taking care of this. It took a couple of hours to transfer, but it was so worth it. The service here is absolutely fantastic and would recommend to anyone.

The new employees there will make everything to make your life easier ! I went in there to get accessories and walked out fully set up with super low rate tv and internet package and my cell phone bill was revised to be lower monthly. Thahira who was the manager was awesome ! Definitely recommend this At&t store to everyone I know.

Let me start by saying this was the most fantastic visit to AT&T store I ever been too. The young man Pierro is such a great person and helps you with everything that you need. I had an iPhone 5 that I didn’t want to get rid of and Pierro gave me the iPhone XR and transferred all my stuff quick and easy. Gave me a great deal on the accessories as well. Will definitely come back to this store and deal with him. Such a positive,energetic, young man with great customer service.

We just left the ATT Store and are so pleased with the service that the first thing we did is write this review. Our ATT representative/Sales Person was Piero Lissa. He was a pleasure to work with and resolved all issues. Very satisfied customer and would recommend this store and, particularly Piero!

Very knowledgeable. We had a complicated task that included switching 5 lines from another carrier, home wifi, and directv. Yovani helped us with everything and we are very happy!

Horrible experience. Stay away ! Crooks will try to take every penny. Ask for the terms and conditions and make sure you know how long your contract is for. They will lie to you. There’s another store down the road 2242 Weston road way better experience. !

Store rep Karolyn Oda was very helpful in transferring my wife from another AT&T account to mine. The store was crowded and Ms. Oda was the only employee on duty. She was professional and handled the busy store with ease.

I have AT&T and just needed a prepaid phone. Lied to me about pricing and then lied to me about promotions. Basically offered me 4 promotions that weren’t valid and left old promotions up. I don’t need to be treated like a sprint customer

The worst place !! The worst attention !! They are scammers and liars in this store !! They sell you something that does not exist and according to the 3rd month the promotion they offer applies and it is a lie !! Do not fall into the game of buying one iPhone and the other for free !! Everything is a lie!! Employees are rude and disrespectful !! You ask an employee something and he tells you to wait because he is watching a movie !! A trash is in the store !!
