I can’t even describe how impressed I am with this facility. My kids are both active in sports and Andy has been training them for 3 months. The improvements in strength, balance, flexibility and coordination are unbelievable. He is extremely knowledgeable about the relationship between certain muscles related to specific sports. The workouts are constantly changing and the equipment is unlike anything I have ever seen and I’ve probably trained at 100 gyms all over the US.

The HIVE Performance has been a an absolutely mind-blowing experience for me over the last few months. The amicable, positive atmosphere in here is genuine and contagious! My transition from an intern to coach at this facility has given me a huge stepping stone in the fitness industry by being able to learn from the best trainers in the area! Andy and John have truly put blood, sweat, and heart into this gym to ensure the best training for each individual walking through those front doors.

I am really enjoying my workout experience at The Hive. The atmosphere is not intimidating- and this is coming from someone that is not a gym goer. It is very clean and has a nice open space. I am working with Shivani and she is awesome and really great at explaining everything and pushing you to do your best! Every coach (whether you are working with them or not) is super friendly and makes the environment very comfortable. The other clients that workout there are also super nice, so the place has a family-vibe to it. See for yourself!

I’ve been training at the Hive with Andy since I turned professional back in 2018 and I can say without a doubt that him and his staff are the biggest reason I’ve been able to stay healthy on tour. As a tennis player, I deal with a lot of chronic injuries for a number of different reasons. I owe my longevity in the sport to Andy and his first class staff at the Hive!

Jade is honesty amazing. She takes her time with her clients & is always willing to help in any way she can. What I love the most is how knowledgeable and passionate Jade is. You can tell she really wants the best for her clients!
