Women beware!!!So I called this company in regards to possible temp work. I spoke with a man named Ben Fields. First he asked me some questions about my interest in work and as I was answering I was interrupted with you sound pretty hot I was thrown off a bit. My only response was to laugh slightly and say thank you but honestly it made me uncomfortable. So I continued to give some of my prior work history and I was interrupted again with so do you have kids? At this point I became a little annoyed as it felt like I was being hit on. I responded with yes I have one child and immediately was Met back with kids get in the way always excuse me? I responded he then went on to ask me more questions about my work history. After this very awkward and uncomfortable phone conversation he then responded with we have some positions available maybe we can talk about it over lunch? Ive never met this person and I dont believe thats proper protocol to interview potential new employees. I responded with is that how things normally work around there? Mr. Fields then said; only if I like you and gave out a chuckle. This does not seem like a proper working environment for a woman. I would look at other agencies before working with a man like that. Professionalism is key.
