Great Support, We are re sellers and have used their terminals since 2008. Very rarely do we have returns due to defect. They provide exceptional service immediate replacement, or they have replacement options after warranty.

After a year of owning the Sircle POS system that I purchased from The Perfect POS, I began to get a security error when I try to log on to the back office. I called The Perfect POS to have them correct it. They informed me that since it is over a year, that I would have to pay them for technical support. Mind you I am not having any issue with the actual pos system, I am having an issue with their online software. I find it pretty sketchy for this to happen not too long after owning the product for a year. Then when I bring it to their attention, they say that there is nothing they can do, that they are just the reseller. If you are just the reseller, how are you going to charge me for technical support. Btw...when I informed them that I would be writing a negative review on Google, I was told by them that they can do the same thing to me and that they have a legal team to fight slander. Slander is when untruths are told about people. Everything that I am stating is a fact.
