Rick is the Man!!! Such a life saver at 3AM. I was towing my boat down the east coast to go to the Keys and the trailer had a tire blow out. Pulled to the side and Rick showed up to save the day. Quick and professionally used his trucks hydraulic fork to lift my boat trailer and swap the wheel. He saved my weekend of family fun and I arrived on time.

I have a 2020 Cadillac XT4, and suddenly without warning stopped working while I was driving it. Thankfully I was not on the highway when it happened, and it could have been much worse outcome.
