This is the most unprofessional operation. The workers STOLE things from my vehicle and when asked about it noone has any ideal of who cleaned out my vehicle. The staff was very rude and nonchalant about the Matter as if I dont know whats in my car. When I asked for a video of who removed my items they ignored me until I left. I personally will be bringing legal action against them and file reports to the BBB to have investigations done on all employees. You can repo a car not steal personal belongings from that car. Since no one from this company will even address the situation I will pursue this until my property is back to its rightful owner...ME. On top of things being stolen my other items where tossed in a box as if they were trash and items were damaged. When i asked why didnt they handle my things with care..the man stated Im lucky they didnt just toss it. Thats seems to be this companies motto. No pride in the work they do or any courtesy for the company who hired them!

Unprofessional when answering the phone and the woman on the phone told me that they only do appointments and that I needed to call in before hand to make one to get my things so today Ive been calling for thirty minutes with no answer jusst the voicemail saying that they open at 11 am and to call back during business hours its 11:37am and that lady told me to call when Im on the way which I am and they wont answer the phone
