I came for my very first service for my 2021 Honda Pilot which had like 7,300 miles on 09/02/2021. I was met by Asst Service Manager Andrea Sanchez. I had prepaid plan and was told my car would only need an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and a half, I was told my car had been serviced and ready to go.When I came home, I realized the tire rotation was never done as the front driver tire that lost a cap was still in the same spot and the front passenger tire which had a slight scratch was still in the same place. I called Andrea to inform her of this dishonest act and while talking to me, I heard her tell somebody, “ I told you to put a cap.” This made me doubt if my car was even serviced so I told her I want to see a video of the oil change being performed. Andrea told me to come back and speak to the Managers namely Wade Bell and Alex Corcho. This is totally unacceptable.Update: We brought back our SUV the following day to fix the issue. Was met by a Manager named Wade Bell. He offered to just do the service all over again. He took the car back to be serviced, let me watch the process. The assistant service manager Andrea Sanchez was “off”. Wade Bell confirmed that Andrea was talking to the mechanic when she said,” I told you to put a cap” which tells that she’s suggesting ways on how to fool the customer. And the excuse given by the mechanic was, “ he forgot to do the service”. I told Wade Bell that’s a lame excuse. Mechanic forgot to perform the service but didn’t forget to write that he did it and charged the customer. Anybody who documents that they performed a service and didn’t really do it is committing fraud. I mentioned that the oil was extremely dark for a one day old oil change while the mechanic was draining the oil. The Manager assured me that they did the service the day before and just to remove all doubts, they’re doing it again. I told him, what happened was dishonest, disrespectful and totally unacceptable. Imagine how many people are being cheated paying for their cars to be serviced in their establishment. He assured me that it was just a one time thing. I would suggest Rick Case to have a large window for customers to watch that their cars are really being serviced like other dealers do.
I just bought my own car!!! I had such a great experience with Luis Amato. He was extremely respectful and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends. He made the experience of buying a car so smooth and simple. My dad went with me since he has bought many cars in his lift and said this was the fastest and most straight forward deal he’s ever experienced. Thank you for all your help Luis!! I highly recommend Rick Case Honda service department. From beginning to end, my service experience was a positive one. One of the service attendants that worked directly with me, Karen, was very friendly and provided excellent communication about my car. They really do treat their customers like VIPs and the car turned out great - which is why I gave them 5 stars!
Rick Case collision center is the best, I wouldn’t take my vehicle elsewhere to fix body damage or recommend elsewhere. They do great work in all types of makes and models. The service Jennifer and Danny provides is exceptional. Would recommend without hesitation. FYI they have fixed over 10+ vehicle damages for my family.
Duane Malcom comes through again! Accommodating and Reliable, he had me come in right away for Tire Pressure Low light on. After recently having a serious flat, I felt my service Rep Duane not only made me feel like a valued customer but he showed genuine care for my safety and for my vehicle. I have been a Rick Case customer since 1999.When the rewards program was introduce it was a great incentive to continue to go to Rick Case. I do not recommend going to Rick case anymore since now the reward system is on accumulated points system. So the usual 10% that I would get off on different items for service, is no longer being honored unless you have enough points. I probably will no longer go back to Rick Case due to their Poor customer service and revamp rewards program.
All in all it was an excellent experience. The service adviser Tony was very friendly and helpful in listening to the issues described and then advising withe the recommended diagnostics and then the suggested repairs. Also I got a chance to talk with the technician Ali who was very helpful and diligent in identifying the right repairs to my CRV. The waiting area was very nice and welcoming with many items to relieve the wait. I will definitely get my vehicle serviced at Rick Case Honda and will seek Tony for his friendly help next time.
Rick Case Honda always does an exceptional job in the care and maintenance of my vehicle! The mechanics there know what how to do their job effectively and efficiently and Andrea Sanchez in the Express Service department always provides exceptional customer service in such a professional manner. I have been coming to this location for 5 years since I purchased my 2016 Honda and I have not regretted it.

I had my vehicle serviced thru Express Service. I was quickly met and the advisor was up from t about the wait. I appreciate that. My truck was finished sooner than expected. One negative. The tech left grease prints on my door and on the console. It happens.

Yes, you will probably pay more for service here, but the fact that they have been doing this for so long, and the impressive volume of repairs they do every day, suggests that the consensus in the community is that they are worth it and can be trusted. I really like the clwan waiting area with a hot Cafe to pass the time. I also really appreciate that if your repair exceeds a few hundred dollars, they will set you up with a free car rental with the on-site rental agencies. The CSRs are super friendly and knowledgeable.
Great place, very friendly people. I’ve been getting my cars from them for years and it’s an easy experience every time. They listen and they make sure you’re getting what you want. I don’t even live close to the dealership anymore, but I keep going back to them and my salesman Bilal works with me over the phone to get the job done.
What a great Experience! Stas was our Sales Representative. He was was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our schedules. The entire process was quick and stress free. My husband and I leased our first vehicle in 2014. We always received OUTSTANDING customer service and we never experienced any issues with maintenance and such. We had a good relationship with the company and there was always transparency, which is extremely important. Rick Case Honda would periodically reach out to us in writing, emails, or phone calls. We ended up purchasing the vehicle once the lease was up. Based on our prior experience, we leased a second vehicle in 2019. The courtesy given back then was not extended the second time. Late last month, we visited the service station at the dealer with a low tire. The young man went on to explain different scenarios that would have given us a “low tire pressure” notification. He checked the tire pressure on all tires, filled the “problem tire” and we left. On September 2. I returned with the same tire issue. The maintenance was due, and I agree to have it done. I was then notified that the vehicle service contract had expired. We leased a vehicle for 3 years and we only sign a service contract for 2? Where is the logic in that? Additionally, the “2 years” expired in August, 2021. The vehicle was leased in May 2021. That would be 2 years AND 3 months, not 2 years. I got the runaround and all they were looking for was to get me to sign a new lease agreement. What I was told when I questioned the discrepancy was, “You must have agreed to the terms at some point if its there.” My husband and I KNOW what we agreed on and this wasn’t it. This is not our first lease agreement, but it will be our last. Additionally, the “low tire pressure” message is on. Was the tire repaired? Once our lease ends, so will our relationship with Rick Case Honda. It has changed a lot. We are very disappointed.

I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience than I expected. Jeffrey Tucker was my Sales Representative. Jeff made the negotiation portion easy and if you can imagine, less nerve racking than I expected. After we agreed on a price; Howard Moss, the Finance Manager couldn’t have been more professional and courteous.Buying a car is one, if not my most dreaded purchases. From the moment I arrived at the service drive-in lane, Karen greeted me immediately with a smile and was very efficient in her work. She held the door, was courteous and as far as first impressions go, I’m not sure one could expect anything better. Coming off a Toyota lease, this was my first service experience at Rick Case Honda. My prior experience at a major Toyota dealer in Miami was completely the opposite of this one - always bad in one way or another. Next, Waldo Curtis, the service advisor, was just awesome. Very efficient and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Making the whole process very easy. Exceeded my expectations for sure. Also, the car was serviced faster than he had quoted me - overdelivering is always a plus! They have free wifi and a great desk/work area, so I didn’t skip a beat on getting work done. The little cafe in the lobby was a great stop for cafecito and a small bite. You can even get your hair cut! Overall, this experience warranted 10 stars, but we’ll keep it at 5 because Google makes us lol. You’ve won a new loyal customer - thank you Karen, Waldo and Rick Case Honda! Purchased a car from Shaher back in January and the experience from start to finish was flawless. Further more, I just recently did and oil change and service advisor Julio, who has helped me before is the very best. After oil change, I intended on doing tire service elsewhere where I prefer, come to notice I wasn’t given a key for the wheels locks. After reaching out to Shaher about this, while he was already busy with 3 customers at the same time, he took the time to remember me and took care of my right away by teaming up with Julio in service and I was out in 30 min with brand new set of wheel locks and new key. They both turned a pain situation into a pleasant experience once again.
My trip to Rick Case Honda Davie was quick and very easy, literally not even 2 hours! I went in to get my daughter a car something similar to what we already had 2017 Honda or even the something after looking at some of the vehicles and working out the numbers Abdul made it all happen! I walked out with a brand new car 2022 Honda HRV for my daughter! She is so Happy 😁 and of course that makes me even Happier. Don’t usually come here and if you do god bless you keep having great experiences but I’ll try to avoid this place since this time I couldn’t… always come in for something simple like an oil change or oil change and inspection… always finding lots of stuff else and when I return to automation they tell me it either wasn’t necessary or that it was already done and didn’t need to be done again… I’ll be moving on as much as possible and return only if I can’t get a timely appointment elsewhere.
Duane Malcolm is very courteous and explains clearly the work that will be done, that was done and the findings in a check. He is considerate of costs to me the customer and has done his best to make things affordable for me. This is the second time Duane takes care of me at Rick Case’s Service Dept and I much appreciate his courteous attention and the excellent service he had given me. Service here is always great. My first incident today, they replaced the cabin filter and left some of the items from the gloves compartment on the floor with the old filter. Also, the passengers seat was full of debrie remove when the filter was replaced. Have to be more careful next time.
Kevin was more than helpful and made sure I understood every single detail about purchasing the car. I was nervous going in there but he made the whole experience a lot better. I’m very thankful for his help and appreciate everything he did for me.
Disorganized lack of communication and misinformation. The employees drive the cars in the parking lot dealership to dealership like it’s the Indy 500. It’s unsafe to even walk in the parking lot. They didn’t know the date that the car actually arrived for collision evaluation. Then they threatened me with storage fees. I had to make numerous calls to Rick Case Honda to follow up. They claim they didn’t have documents that needed to be signed. I sent them an email and attach the pictures of the documents I signed. There were numerous calls back-and-forth from my insurance company to Rick Case in the midst of having a broken spine from the car accident. Both cervical and lumbar. It’s taken nine weeks so far to try to settle the claim. The sheer volume of people chaos of drivers both employees and buyers and the lack of organization caused me great stress and numerous phone calls and hours on the phone Providing them information they already had.
Clarissa is really one of those employees that goes above and beyond for anyone. I really even appreciate her asking if i could write a review for Rick Case Honda. She really cares. Jolson was the salesman and this isnt my first time with him. The guy is really honest and helps you out. Its not about the money for him. Thank you to the both of you!

Pulling up to Service is like a self-service experience. You’re not sure where to park your vehicle as no one is outside directing the flow of incoming vehicles. So you park somewhere, then you have to go inside and find yourself a service advisor. Again, no acknowledgement of a customer. And good luck finding one at their desk who is not on the phone, with another customer or doing something else. Even when you tell them ahead of time when making the appointment, what exactly you are coming in for, don’t be shocked when you arrive that they tell you to go to Express service. The list goes on....

I have been a loyal customer of Rick Case Honda for eight years. I have always taken my Vehicle to get serviced at the express care and service department located at Rick Case Honda. Every time that I take my vehicle for an oil change, I end up having to pay more than what I had already planned on paying. I understand that parts and labor play a role in to The total cost of service but for families who can’t afford outstanding balances, there should be some type of consideration. As a customer, I would think that after paying a substantial amount of money for your vehicle to get serviced that you would receive a complementary rental. I should not have to pay for a rental given the fact that my vehicle started having problems after having my car serviced and paying almost $600. I am dissatisfied with Rick Case Honda And will continue my services elsewhere. I want to thank the service department representatives who have assisted me throughout the eight years of being a customer of Rick Case Honda for their sincere gestures and commitment to customer service.

Was told they were going to rotate mi tires, but it was not done. Noticed it when I got home. When I arrived none was there welcome the customer when I arrived, had to walk in to say I was there for my appointment. The Honda in coral spring has a much friendlier environment for service. Also my door had some some grease stains on the door. Would have been nice if they cleaned that. It does not create trust if things I’m told are going to be are not done. We are paying for this service….
I have been getting different services here. The costumer service from Stephanie at service department is just above excellent. Gordon the technician is outstanding with his work. Stephanie goes above and beyond to ensure the job gets done and the costumer is treated right. She has made me feel so welcome every time I need service. Leasing my Honda through here. Employee at Cleveland Clinic. Used their “VIP” service where they pickup and drop off my car while I’m at work (obviously super convenient) to get my oil changed. I get back to my 2020 car after work and the battery is dead. Battery checked out fine during the evaluation earlier in the day. Super *in*convenient. Also this is the 2nd new battery Ive had put in the car in my 15 months of having it. This will likely be the last car I lease through here despite the obvious convenience through work.
Melvin is the best service advisor I’ve had since buying my car in 2013. It’s very difficult to find someone who has the customers best interest, but I 10/10 recommend Melvin if you’re looking to service your car at Honda!

I am 22 years old and I went to buy my own very first car. Joseph was AMAZING!! he made my experience so much better. I was so stressed with so many options and he was so extremely kind and patient with me, he made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable in the car I ultimately wanted. He’s truly awesome. Great Service. Great people. These people work to get you a deal you feel comfortable with. I would highly recommend them. I’ve driven a Lexus for 15 years and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the vehicles. Test drove a Pilot and fell in love with the drive. Abdul took the time to answer my questions and we walked the entire lot twice looking for the perfect model. If you want a pleasant buy experience definitely go in and ask for Abdul.

I have never liked giving my business to this establishment but based on my last experience, I will never return. They no longer include topping-off fluids or checking air pressure with an oil change and the price went up! Further, my car apparently needed brake and power steering fluid flushing, for which they wanted $500!!!! Air cabin and engine filters needed replacing for a mere $200! I took my business to Tires Plus andhad everything done for $300, and the service associates were personable and professional, a welcome change. Never again, Rick Case.
I’ve always come back to Rick Case to try to work with them I servicing my car but every time I go, I feel like the excuses for what’s covered under the warranty and what’s not covered changes. Although the service was good today, I believe the lackluster experience overshadowed everything.In response to this review, Rick Case had a Service Manager, Mark Warshefski communicate with me and acknowledged the wrong of his Service Manager and employees but only offer an apology. If you can find somewhere else to get service, please do!

My Service Advisor Melvin was courteous and professional. He was able to get me out sooner than expected, and gave me a value added tip, at no charge, about a repair I needed unrelated to my visit. I left feeling like a valued customer.
As a hypersensitive I had a devastating problem with the interior air quality after it was washed there. I drove home getting sicker by the moment. Jeez, paid for the car, drove it off the lot...Im screwed. Or so I thought. Amazing. They let me bring the car back and ended up with a car I liked much better. And they were easy to deal with. Refreshing to not have the stereo typical salesman asking disguised questions to get an edge on you. This experience was a pleasant straight forward dialog and was kinda fun to car shop for the right car. Really like this company culture.
I’ve been meaning to leave feedback about this place but I’m usually not the type to ever care to leave feedback especially a negative one but I would highly suggest you not coming to this place. I’ve purchased two vehicles from here and you would think they would have better customer service. Nope! They just care about selling a car and getting you out. One of their managers totally forgot to cancel something for me which left me in deeper issues and now the responsibility is left on me. I’ll never come back here again…. It’s not that hard to have something canceled. Had I not called a different department to see if my form was canceled (like I was told it would be) I would have been stuck for months dealing with this. There’s too many Rick case Honda’s in the south Fl, go elsewhere with Better customer service. If you have any issues they won’t care to fix it here
Extremely quick turnaround on bumper replacement for my Alfa(pulled off on parking stop guard).Looks brand new again, highly recommend the collision center.
Made an appointment with Rick Case’s chat for Sunday, as my air conditioning was not working properly and I needed an oil change. The service center is 12 miles from my house. When I got there they told me that the service center to fix my air conditioning was closed but their express service center could change my oil. Had my oil changed. They wrote comments on the bottom of the receipt like spark plugs but did not review these comments with me until I asked what is this? I paid my bill and drove home. As I drove I tried to clean my windshield but they never put washer fluid in. I wonder what else they did not do. Poor service.

We brought my car into the collision center after debris and tires fell off a truck and hit our car, flying underneath the vehicle. We worked with Jennifer, their USAA specialist and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept in touch with me while my car was being fixed at the center and guided me on when to reach out to my insurance company to get the repairs approved. When our insurance company was dragging their feet to fix paint dots all over the car, Rick Case collision center went ahead and removed the paint just as a customer service gesture. My car looks amazing and we are VERY pleased with our choice to have our vehicle repaired with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Rick Case is the place for a new or pre-owned Honda. James St Fleur is the man and can get u a great deal! The Service Department works quickly, just 45 minutes for my oil change, tire rotation and inspection today. The staff is professional, top notch in my book.

If you want get lied to. This is the place to go. Come buy or lease. They will offer you the world. When you come for service get ready for the true. All the docs. You Sign are not there and if they are there They don’t say any of the things you were promised. O AND TO MAKE IT BETTER THE SELLER OR THE FINANCE AGENT THE SIGN THE DOCS WITH YOU ARE NO LONGER WORKING FOR RICK CASE. Wow…..,, SURPRISE.
