I was directed to this great company through Electrolux when my new Frigidaire Induction range would not work. It was extremely hard to get information from Electrolux, so I had to rely on First Appliances. They jumped right in to help with the part I needed and the communication problems I had with Electrolux. I would recommend this company to everyone. They take pride in their work and their reputation.

Very professional company. They(Tina) kept in contact continuously while awaiting a part was ordered from the manufacturer. She called when the part was in and an appointment was made. Then the technician called when he was on his way. Once the technician came, the technician was organized and efficient. I am very impressed and would definitely use them again. People are professional when they have a good company behind them.

Very knowledgeable and professional technician. Thankfully, no BS. The technician was honest and forthright about the issue. I felt extremely confident after speaking with him that I was finally getting honest answers about the root cause of the problems with my refrigerator. Consequently, his diagnosis helped me to mitigate a settlement with my extended warranty company; something several previous technicians failed to do. I would definitely recommend the team at First Class.
I called this company to fix our Bosch dishwasher that was getting a message code indicating a clog, or potentially broken motor. Over the phone they advised that during the service call they could determine if it was truly a clog, or a new motor would be needed. After a very short service call (maybe 15 minutes) I was advised that the motor was broken, and it would need to be replaced. That cost me $120. Then, I never received a quote for the motor repair until I called and asked about the time frame to fix.After I received my quote, I was a little put back on the price. They were quoting me $283.67 for the part alone. I called Bosch, and they gave me the part number to order online for $94.80. FCA also asked for an additional $150 in labor. The total repair cost being $592.43, in which they wanted upfront.Story gets better... I decided that I would attempt the repair myself and upon removing the old motor I found a few pieces of glass (that I told the technician could be there, as a glass broke) that were causing the motor to not spin. I removed the glass, replaced the old motor, started the dishwasher and sure enough it works again.I called FCA and explained the situation. The person, who stated they were the manager, said that they would look into the issue and get back to me. I have never heard a response.If you do decide to use their services. I would make sure you question the technician thoroughly, and then verify the part costs in which they quote you, since they are charging 3x the cost of parts.
Josh expertly diagnosed my Maytag washer and repaired it as soon as the parts were received. He gave extra attention to detail. Very happy with Josh and First Class Appliances.
My mother uses a company for maintenance which contracted First Class ( Yeah right). They took her deductible and did no work. So, in my mind they STOLE $50 from a 76 year old women. How is this company in business? Looking at the rest of thier reviews I would never purposely use them.

This was the second company I had sent out by the warranty company. Needless to say at this point I was pretty frustrated. The girls in the office were fairly understanding and the only reason I’m giving them a four is because I don’t think they did what they should’ve done concerning communication with the warranty company. Just like their name First Class I found that is exactly the customer service that I received on the repair of my Maytag washing machine, it required extensive repair inner, outer tub and transmission the technician was excellent Juan and his assistant. After several attempts from another appliance repair company that failed to fix my Maytag dryer I was directed to First Class Appliances through Maytag. The service technician came and knew exactly what to do. He really knew his stuff unlike the others. I would highly recommend them. I only wish Maytag would have sent them out to me in the first place.

Company lacks communication. My oven has been out of service for about a month. I have called numerous times to be told each time that the part should be here by next week. Next week never comes. I give them a 1 star because they have not come out to do the repair and have charged me over $500 for the part & service plus a 3% convenience fee to use a credit card and nothing has been done! The first hour of service is included in the $120 diagnosis fee, but they didn’t do work the first hour and have to come back, so I got charged another service fee to do the repair if they ever come! This company is very unprofessional.I changed my review from one to 3 stars because they actually finally did fix the oven however the cost was double the original quote, so I found that not very good.
Though running late from a previous appointment, the technicians fixed a problem with our refrigerator in one visit that other repair companies said would require a very expensive replacement part. They also fixed a few other little things on the fridge that needed done. Juan and Raphael were awesome!!

My experience with them could not have been worse. They lost paperwork a number of times, which prevented the appliance maker from approving the replacement of our washing machine. Also very non-responsive.
I had a problem with an AC unit and an exhaust fan. They came promptly as scheduled diagnosed the problems, ascertained the AC was under warranty and took care of both problems . I have used this company before and will continue to call them

They suck!!! Took a day off from work, no one ever called me to say they werent coming. Worse customer service. I lost a days pay, which they should reimburse me for. I am reporting them to the BBB, as well as the Attorney Generals office. When I spoke to the Manager, all she did was try to turn the story around. Pathetic. Dont waste your time, nor your money on these people. Also was told that it was new management. I said really, since when. Was told since 2015. Ha, ha, look at the reviews for 2015. She kept telling me I didnt have an appointment today. Then on the other hand, she tells me that no one called to confirm. YES, THATS THE PROBLEM. I NEVER GOT A DAMN PHONE CALL PRIOR TO TODAY!!! Wake up and smell the roses!!! Shut down your doors!!!

Worst service ever! Please stay away from this company, they have no idea what they are doing. After 3 months trying to fix a hood in my kitchen, they could not get the parts and did not answer emails or calls, blaming everything on the manufacturer. I am amazed they are still in business. The other 2 reviews with 5 stars are actually the owner and a family member!! BEWARE!!!!!!

Worst experience ever! I cant believe that HH GREGG would use them for warranty work. I took two days off of work to get this fixed and they didnt come. They never answer the phone nor return voicemail. They shouldnt be allowed to be in business!

Communication skills were not what i expected. the parts and labor were paid in advance and the service was performed when it was convenient for them to repair. the service was supposed to come out from 2-5 on a Friday afternoon and got a voice recorder at 5:20 that afternoon they were on the way. i would have appreciated a call saying that they were running behind. i spoke to the technician late Friday and asked if they can come in on Saturday and told me that i would receive a call on to see if they can help me out. i never received a call after i left TWO voicemail and still never got a call to apologize for inconvenience. instead they sent out the tech to fix my appliance. i guess thank you. now i can wash my clothes after a week and a half.

Terrible company to deal with. Consonantly change the appointment and if you request the afternoon, they call to inform you they will be there in the morning. Stopped over my house and waited about two minutes and left and after contacting them 10 minutes after they left, they informed me they cannot fix my appliances for another week.
