It’s a Sam’s Club. Selection is hit and miss here, cost is higher than other Sam’s Clubs but not near the difference as the Costco in Davenport compared to other Costco’s across the country.Back to Sam’s getting gas here can be a nightmare my suggestion is get there once the pumps open up which is before the stores open.Checkout here is actually easier than some other Sam’s I have been at, I agree with a couple comments however that the Sam’s in Illinois (Moline) was so much better. It was newer and very easy to get in and out of.

Not my best visit. I went for 5 items today. 2 out of the 5 items were not available. Most importantly, Pet Armour should have shelf space and be in stock right now. It is still warm, and my cats still need their protection. Secondly, we needed the 36 pack of Colby Jack cheese sticks and none were available.

Recently ordered my daughters Birthday cake through their Bakery for her second birthday and was very satisfied. I had to call and change frosting flavors due to my original order being buttercream and we highly prefer the whipped instead. The gal that answered the phone to do last minute change was very courteous and fixed the order in a timely manner. The price for the cake was you couldnt beat for being a licensed character cake (baby shark). $16.98 for a round cake that served 16 (double layers). We will be revisiting.

I spoke with the supervisor sorry I cannot override the purchase limit even if you are shopping for retail.Costco business center however says we know its for businesses who rely on us, we cant give you too much, but we can give you more than the limit to keep you running.I would be fine if I am shopping for my household, but there is a need to specialize on business purchases.

It was easy shopping. Not too crowded, plenty of stock, had help at register of a polite lady put my items on the belt then in basket after checked. Didnt have to wait in line .

Trying to buy gas here is a nightmare. On Friday cars were lined up out on Elmore Ave just trying to get in the parking lot. Once you do get in line it is an accident waiting to happen. Cars are trying to get in from 3 different directions. Probably going to get a Costco card just for the ease in buying gas.

I understand that this current time things are hit or miss with inventory because the pandemic, but it seems to be a “miss” more than anything now. I have to make several trips to Sams a week to be able to get everything I need. I live 20 minutes from the store so it’s definitely not right around the corner. Not to mention the line get extremely long.

Great prices! Good steaks and flavor full tender roasts. Brandy prices unquestionably the best. I am new to Sams Club and will continue to explore.

Couldnt get into parking lot or around it to find a parking place because of lines for gas . Checking out was a nightmare long lines and not enough open. Ready to give up my membership and shop at Costco. Never buy my gas there anymore because of mess with lines which is sometimes out on Elmore Ave

Its Sams Club so you know what you are getting. But this is an older location. The newer location they built in IL they closed and comparing the two this one has some faults.The worst is the way the gas station is setup and the parking lot in general. It is hard to get in and out. And often it is worth paying more to get gas down at Walmart just to avoid the huge lines and near accidents.If you will shop here enough and get gas here the membership is worth it. But it just wasnt anymore for me.

Good clean sams club thats fully stocked, just always super packed and the checkoutlines are huge, definitely could do some work to make more space for the lines or more checkouts.

Quick but my car ended up with oil prints on the front sides. This has never happened before. Had to wash car.

We love Sams!! We miss the samples since Covid hit... we learned about a lot of great new products through sampling!! I also wish they had more gluten-free products like Costco.

Still getting used to new layout. Good prices. Wish they had more deals and took coupons. Also wish you could access bonus cash rebates sooner than end of year.

To be honest, Very crowded on a Saturday which I knew it would be but the people were all good and the lines were actually quick. Applause the manager... good crew of workers!

I know there probably isnt anything that can be done due to limited space, but something needs to be done about the line to go to the gas station. Cars are waiting in line where you come into the store off the street. Cars come around the corner and, BAM!!! a line of stopped cars you have to fugue out how to get around. Very surprised there wasnt any frustration flare ups today.

I just moved in the area from a bigger city where there were atleast 3 SAMS CLUB in the area. I was happy to find there is atleast one in Davenport. I havent been able to switch over my address on similac website. They usually send coupons. Today I was able to find some expired ones. It is just $5 coupons. I went to the counter with few similac boxes. I told her hey I just moved here and I am going on a long road trip with my 7 month old daughter would you be kind enough to honor these. She looked at me helpless. Two other employees came and talked among themselves then brought an old lady team lead who rudely said we cannot take these. I told her about my circumstance and she refused. Teach your employees empathy and empower them to provide great customer service. For $25 worth coupon, you refused around $300 worth of business. You also made me a mom feel worthless who couldnt provide enough for her daughter as she is trying to save every penny due to less work hours because of covid. I am taking my business elsewhere.This year I got the SAMS CLUB membership for the first time . The $45 deal where essentially the membership was free. I believe SAMS club goal is to divert customer $$ to themselves. You should teach individual stores the same value. You just lost a customer who was slowly building loyalty because of this stores staff and manager being rude, disrespectful and unempathetic.

The sushi department made me a customized sushi roll and it was to die for! I got to pick all my ingredients and watched them roll it fresh! And reasonable priced as well! Will be going back for sushi!! Thank you !!

This gas station... WHY dont they fix the traffic there?

The lines are 30 - 45 minute wait times. They have all the registers to get customers out the door, but they refuse to open them all up. Smart,? Not ! With covid you would think they would get people in and out as fast as possible!

Been lacking since they changed the plus membership hours. Also seems like they still cant get everything done before customers show up and theres no customers there for an extra hour. Been that way for more than long enough. Maybe bring back the 7 am for the plus membership since it hasnt helped by taking the hour away from the customers who pay for it!

Bought Kirkland Pacific Bold K-cup coffee. Completely overrated to the point it tasted burnt. Whoever roasts their beans messed this batch up. Horrible coffee roast.

There are never enough checkouts. I tried to use the self serve checkouts and they dont take cash, so I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to check out 6 items. Not customer friendly at all!

The best Sams club around!!! Bakery is amazing with wonderful people that make sure your cake or anything you order is done correctly!!! Especially Katie Peterson she is absolutely wonderful and always willing to help and goes the extra mile!!! The staff over here is very friendly and helpful!!! They are go to now since Moline has closed on us!!! They have different things then other Sams we have been to!!! Fast check outs when its busy!!! They just repainted the outside which makes it look like a brand new store!!! Looks like they are remodeling the inside as well cant wait to see what it looks like!!!

All I need and more at Sams Club. Love the products and merchandise. Customer service could be a bit better..a little more welcoming and inviting. But overall..they get 5 from me.

Shopping was fast and easy. I was able to pick up the carry out containers I needed as well as the few grocery items needed. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Love that you can scan and pay using the app so you dont have to wait in long lines!

Pandemic has really hurt supply lines and prices.

The young clerk was so helpful in self check out.

Unless you are really financially set please dont shop there.

I love the prices and quality. Ive NEVER have had an issue on a negative notion at Sams Club. Ive been a member since 1997 and I never want to end my relationship with The Club.

We had some bad strawberries and they were very good about taking care of it for us. Angie and Angela are excellent customer service reps!!. Top knoch. We love shopping at Sams. Everyone is helpful and friendly!! See you soon!! Keep up the GOOD work👍👍👍👍

Always great place to stock up

Fast and efficient. Not as cheap as I would like considering the size of the items they sell. Buying in bulk is a good idea but there needs to be some compromise on price to make up for handling and storing containers of that size.

Went to purchase coffee and toilet paper. They were out of toilet paper, so I went to Costco to buy toilet paper. I did notice there were no signs stating limit of 1 per purchase. Costco states that in their stores. Sams club need to do the same.

Nice and clean. Had to pick though fruit to get good strawberries. Lot had mold on them. Meat had fair prices with out price gouging. Not enough registers open. Very busy for holidays coming up.

Huge line at the only cashier so had to use the self checkout and be treated like Im trying to steal something as Im doing it. You have the old ladies watching self checkout but not running a register....

Still a lot of products that are out or have minimal quantity, going on 4 months now. Since they closed the Moline store there is always a large amount of shoppers, even on off days and hours, and it can be chaotic. I realize they are doing their best to replenish products but maybe they should offer their members a partial refund on membership dues until things return to normal and the shelves stocked.

Shopped there Dec. 5, 2020. Store was over crowded considering Covid is still rampant in Iowa. Clerk at door said they’re limiting people but saw no proof of anyone doing that. Store was full of families with kids also. Kids aren’t in school, they shouldn’t be in Sams Club shopping. They need stronger guidelines for this store.

This is a great place to shop. Nice wide aisles and a large selection of products. I almost always find something there that I didnt even know I needed, but definitely have a use for.The money that we have saved from buying everything in bulk has been tremendous. The membership more than pays for itself. I also like the fact that they have self-checkout lanes where you can scan your own items.All of the employees there that I have talked to or very friendly and helpful if youre not able to find something.The free sample vending machines are always fun to check out as well as the sample serving stations.My only complaint is when they have outside sales people in there trying to pitch you a product. I dont appreciate paying for membership and then getting pestered all Im trying to shop.

I find it deplorable that Sam’s club says they are going to require masks at their stores but is not enforcing it at the Davenport store. I plan to cancel my membership and get one at Costco, where they actually enforce mask wearing to keep their customers safe. Shame on you Sam’s for lying to your customers! Your business lacks integrity.

There were more registers than cashiers so the weight was a little long but otherwise its a great shopping experience
