Worker was really nice and came same day of call was very patient and did an excellent job

I will never use this company again!!! I had them out to my home to look at my wash machine because it kept getting out of balance. He claimed that all it needed was some part that he replaced. Ok so I paid him. This was right before Christmas. Well, a few days later I decided to do a load of laundry. It did the same thing. I called and called and called and they never answered the phone. I left messages, never called me back. I ended up just buying a new washer because I felt the machine was on its last leg. But thats what they shouldve told me instead of taking my money knowing that would not fix the problem. Crooks!!

Avoid this guy. Or, any time estimate you get, add an hour or so. Called him (he wasnt calling us), about when he might arrive after 65 minutes past due and he told me to get someone else. So, just skip to the chase and get someone else. The customer service is second to none, none being orders better.

Dont waste your money! Very unprofessional!6 months after he gave us a loaner so he could take ours to fix it he finally brings it back said hell be right back and left!! we hooked it up, had the same problem!

Fixed my dryer and my washer. Very happy with the service and the price.

Did not show up for appointment. Would not answer phone or return call after leaving message
