After I lost my husband, I decided to plant the Oak tree in memory of my husband on our association property.Owner of Shademaster Nursery Victor planted this tree.I moved out from Quad-City back to my country. Now I live in Moscow, Russia.Last week my neighbor and friend wrote me by email, that there was a strong wind, and my tree band down.Even warranty on the tree expired, I called to Shademaster Nursery and asked them to fix my tree.Victor came and fixed my tree.I am so appreciate to Victor and Alexandria.I live in Russia now, but I have so good memories about Victor and Alex and about people in Iowa.Very nice, kind and very thoughtful people.

Great service and excellent plants. We got more for our dollar than the competition. Victor and Alex were very friendly and timely. We told them our budget and they made our vision happen. Fantastic selection! Fair prices!

Trees were very stressed after being planted. Lost all leaves within a week of being planted. Called and was just told to water all summer. The Plum tree was replaced 2 times after $50 charge to replace each year on top of cost of the tree. I gave up after third tree died and just went to Menards. I spend less on that tree than to replace it through Shademasters again and the Menards tree is thriving. They also weren’t willing to replace without paying $50 again. Don’t waste your money here.
