They can barely return a well written email

Always giving out wrong information and sending me in circles with everything! If you work for a place dealing with peoples money and livelihoods it would be great if you knew what you were talking about!

These people are ON it. I was expecting all of this to take forever, but I’ve received quick answers to my questions and the staff is super friendly!

Way back when I needed my child support..they told me I had to do my own investigating because there only there to collect. They never helped me get any child support or enforce the law on my ex-husband when he should have been paying me I was raising three kids by myself and I never got any help from my ex-husband whatsoever and do you think the child support office would do anything. He still owes me money to this day and my kids are grown

Does anyone know why my calls are being rerouted to the Burlington office then after hearing the message it hangs up.

Always a prompt and polite service. sat on hold for 6 minutes, got the info i needed, and she bid me a nice day. no problems.

Everytime I call I get hung up on or it starts playing music after the 3rd ring

10 minute phone call waiting and then transfers to the operator and says invalid entry and hangs up. Calls again and the same thing. The hell?!?! This is an important call!!

Crooked illegal tactics! Someone needs to investigate their practices. Does anyone know if the is an internal investigator for them?

Sometimes you get someone thats very informative to help you and then sometimes you get the shaft

While Im paying child support for a kid that I never signed the birth certificate or was not at the hospital when he was born and try to get that resolved in the said the case is too old I lost my license several times and went to jail several times and its been hell with them child support people and take all my money knowing that Im on a fixed income now and its still cleaning my clock I dont know what else to do

Wait time is ridiculous.. sometimes I get hung up on. And when I do get a answer its to leave a v.m and it takes like a week to get a call back

Most annoying experience of my life....Called 4 times today to sit on hold for 20 minutes each time just to be hung up on by the answering service each time..

Kept getting hung up on. It kept transferring me to an invalid extension which finally disconnects you.

Worst customer service!!! Every time you call your placed on hold for 20mins, then it automatically hangs up on you! And when you do speak with someone, there always RUDE!!!

Have been trying almost daily...on hold up to 30 minutes each time..havnt even had the the courtesy of getting hung up on...have important???s...if im late on payment...they got no problem with establishing jacking up my support...customer service!!!!

I have been calling for three days now... only to benon hold for 20 minutes then they hung up on me.... i have been doing my part.. now if my payment is late they sure wont take all but five minutes to issue a warrant out!!!!!!

Depends on the day but 75% of the time I call im on hold for 10-40 mins at a time and takes 3-4 days for a call back

They never answer. I called a couple times this week, nothing EVER!!!

Last week I called at 4 and I was on hold for 30 minutes. They kept hanging up. And they close at 4:30. Today is 02/16 I called at 3:55 and its 4:05 and Im still on hold, really!!!!

No problems.
