Harold is a nice, older guy in my neighborhood that will fix your mower for a decent price. He takes his time and does it right. He may take a few days to get back to you with updates, but if you have patience itll be worth the wait. Saved me so much money. Would recommend Harold every time.

Just picked up my Generac generator from Harold. Runs great now doesnt surge. Got a much need instruction on how to care for my unit. Things I didnt know and was not covered in my instruction manual. Im impressed I recommend him highly and I will return to him if I need services again.

Did a great job on my mower problem at a very reasonable fee. Had no problem with me bringing my own parts. I think he even will pick stuff up you cant bring in.

Ive used Harold several times now, he does a great job and is reasonably priced. Hes done maintenance/repairs on my last riding mower, my push mower, and my snowblower. Most recently my one-year-old Troy-Bilt riding mower started smoking. We called Harold, it took him a few days to get out here but its his busiest season. he took a look at it for me in my yard and told me since its so new I should find out about my warranty. I was surprised to read that I actually have a two year warranty. He sat here on my porch with me as I was on perma hold trying to reach someone at Troy bilt. Harold told me hed be happy to come back out and pick it up if the company authorizes the warranty work through him. And if not, he recommended which of the places I should go to. Hes a very nice man with a lot of knowledge and experience. I highly recommend. Ive used him several times and head up had nothing but good experiences.

Brought my rear-tine tiller to Harolds because the transmission broke. He fixed it quickly and correctly. The amount I paid was what he quoted. This kind of promised service at reasonable prices is hard to find.

Theyre very nice guys and have tons to chose ( lawn mowers) from plus they can fix most small engines.

My two stage snowblower was running rough, called Harolds, they came to the house and picked it up, had it tuned up it was brought back to the house, within 3 days as promised.Would definitely recommend Harolds, especially if you dont have a truck. Reasonable price as well.

Called and they came to pick up my mower. That was two weeks ago . . . nothing since despite phone messages and emails to find what is going on. Not happy.

Having done business with Harold in the past, I had him pick up my portable generator approximately three months ago to repair a leaking carburetor fuel bowl that had plagued me since he did a tune up on it a couple years prior. I should have known better but since he did acceptable work on my mowers and snow blower I figured Id give him the opportunity to fix it. Well, not a peep from him. Multiple phone messages and emails have gone unanswered. Not sure whats going on at this point but my next step is to visit his place of business in the next few days to retrieve my equipment. I truly feel I have been scammed or robbed but hoping that there is some explanation for the silence. I have to say that any potential customers should look elsewhere for service and avoid this company at all costs. May have to consider legal action down the road.

Wish I could rate a zero star! Absolutely horrible service and communication. Had to call them repeatedly for updates on my mower repair for over a month after they finally picked it up. Every time I called I was asked Which one is yours? and promised a callback which never happened. After final call (which I made after over 7 weeks with no info), it was only after I requested that the mower be returned was I told that it was not repairable. At that time Harold offered to buy the mower for parts which he never followed through on but kept the mower. Would never recommend this dishonest business to a stranger let alone a friend. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!
