Richard Properties is not like the rest!!! They are prompt with service requests. The few spaces I have looked at have been clean, and nicely renovated. The owner is very nice and did not seem put out that I wanted to look at several of his properties to find the right fit! It’s not often you find a property owner that really cares!!! Very impressed!

My husband and I stopped by one of the houses and Jeremy happened to be there. He showed us around and they were still finishing up the renovation. We were military and needed someplace in two days. Jeremy made it happen. We only had a few work orders over the 4 years we were there and they were handled immediately. When we moved out, they didn’t nickle and dime you. We got our security deposit back besides one day of rent! I would definitely recommend living at one of his properties!! Thank you Jeremy for a great place to call home while we were there!!
