Customer service was great she was so patient and helpful, she was great.
Employee behind the counter was very helpful. Getting to the office was very confusing, you have to use the employee parking lot, maneuver around all their cars, it is not marked at all and figure out where office is, weird.
Was there for the first time today 4/12/21 the person who helped me acted like it was my first time there-duh, he was pretty rude-just wanted to send a package back . laughed when I ask how much it was going to cost. If he was having a bad day, he shouldnt have come to work.
This facility is horrendously mis-managed. I asked them to hold a package for me because I knew they would not deliver it for days after a snow storm (a previous package said it was out for delivery for 7 days straight before it was actually delivered. This is after a snow storm made the roads poor for a single day.) The next package that was not delivered due to a storm caused the same situation to start happening, i.e. it says it is out for delivery, then never arrives.So I asked them to hold it, which was a difficult task, by itself. They say we will hold it, you can come get it after 6:30. I arrive at 7:15, and am told the driver is out and probably won’t make it back by 8, which is when the customer center closes. Then, I am told that they will open at 8am the next day. Okay... inconvenient since it’s 20min each way, but okay. I ask if there is a direct number to call at the facility to check if the package is waiting for me. I am told “there is no direct number because it is private.” What? I then arrive at 8 am, to find that the customer center is closed. I approach the security guard and he tells me that the customer center isn’t open on Saturdays.The bottom line is that, if you can even get in touch with someone, you can’t rely on them to give you even the most basic information.
Customer service was really super nice, they helped me as much as they could and Beyond exceeded what I expected. Thank you very much!

Customer service is awful. I was supposed to have package delivered Friday they wont ring my doorbell even though there is supposed to be a note on the account to ring the doorbell. I cannot hear the door when they lightly tap on it from upstairs. I should think that would be obvious we live on a busy street.Next Monday delivery person stopped to deliver the package but the package wasnt on the truck. He shrugged and left. Then I spent an hour on the phone trying to get through to customer service only to have them insist the the package was still out for delivery. I tried to explain to her that there must be some kind of screw up but she just kept insisting it was on another truck even though UPS.com said it was on the truck from before with the shrugging guy.Beyond that the package tracking showed departure for Omaha NE as the step before being out for delivery in Davenport IA. How did the package depart for Omaha then end up out for delivery in Davenport without any kind of arrival/departure scans for Omaha or Davenport. I had to shout at the woman to get her to let me speak with a supervisor. At which point they contacted the local dispatch office and I am now waiting for a phone call back. Wish me luck! This is ridiculous!I dont know what happened to UPS a few years ago I would have said they were the best shipper now they are absolute trash. This isnt even the first time something like this has happened and it could all be avoided if they would just RING MY FREAKING DOOR BELL.

One of their drivers literally stopped his vehicle to out in the snow and catch my naughty dog who took off running towards the road for me. Great people ❤

Thank you very much to the entire UPS team here in Davenport. They helped reroute a package for me after Black Friday and were able to have it held at the Customer Center. A special thanks to the gentleman working the evening of Nov 28, 2018 that went above and beyond to help me get my packages needed for vacation the next day. It wasn’t immediately in the system, so he went into the warehouse to find it. I am very thankful and appreciate all the extra work everyone did on my behalf. Thank you!

Some times getting a package delivered to your home is just more hassle then its worth. If that happens to be true for you, as well, dont hesitate to pick your package up here. The people here are helpful, fast and friendly.The few times Ive picked up or dropped off here Ive always been in and out in record time. Its a little out of the way but what it saved me in time and trouble is more then worth it.Wheelchair accessible parking is available

I use UPS My Choice and the UPS iOS App for alerts when UPS packages are coming. I then choose to have them held at this UPS pick up point if I won’t be home. It can turn my ground delivery into first of the day delivery time if I pick them up at the Davenport Hub myself. The app notifies you, and then allows you to choose with one click to have it held at various access points, including the hub which is no extra fee to pick it up from the Davenport hub without a subscription to upgraded services by UPS.
Very rude customer service. I called to see if I could pick up my package, since the tracker said it was at their facility. I was rudely told that I do not understand the process and just because it says that it arrived, doesnt mean that it really did arrive. I was then told that it would be days before she would know if it was actually at their facility.I will not be home when they deliver, so I am trying to intercept my package, which I have done many times before. But I was told if thats the route I am going to take then I probably wont get it until next week, regardless of its schedule arrival date of tomorrow. She told me it will need to go out for delivery, they will have to wait till it comes back and then place a hold on it. I even offered to pay the 3.50 for an upgrade, and was told that it would make no difference, but I could go ahead and waste my money if Id like to.I then asked how I would know, since they cannot communicate with the computer to see if it is actually there, that I will be able to go for my package. I was told thats just how it is, I wont know until she physically has it in her hands, and the only way to know is to keep calling her to check and see if it has arrived yet. This seems a bit archaic.She then continued to pretty much call me stupid for not understanding how these things work, and hung up on me. Her name was Teresa. UPS, you seriously need to look into your customer service.
Quite frankly the worst customer service. The pictures attached, were an attempt by UPS to patch up the clearly damaged parcel.UPS Failed to inform me of the condition of the parcel prior to my deep dive, into the postponement of delivery. I had to personally intercept the condition of the package prior to UPS just dumping it in my door step.The management in this facility, failed to call me back; which does not surprise me! My next door neighbor is better equipped to handle deliveries or at the bare min. Let me know something is wrong.Whomever is managing this facility will probably wont be doing so for long, placed a nice complaint with Amazon :)Doubt anything will happen but mistakes add up!!!

Lazy delivery drivers!! Instead of delivering my packages to my door they just throw them in my yard. This has happened multiple times, they are to lazy to walk up my stairs to ensure that my package is not just sitting in the yard for anyone to just grab as they please. There is always someone home at my house and this is just lazyness.

I ordered a xbox1 for my daughter and my package was lost. they are investigating supposebly but looks like the 300$$ i spent along with my daughters xmas present is jusy gone. noone can tell me anything amd the tracking number doesnt match anythkng they have. needless to say this will be a horrible christmas.

Refusing to deliver packages to our address due to emergency but others in the same building are getting them. Packages sit at the location for weeks while saying out for delivery, tracking numbers change to USPS numbers, and both UPS and USPS say they dont transfer packages to each other. Website also states that they do Saturday delivery, but they dont.
