Rileys driver Ryan and his team were very professional and friendly to deal with. They were very efficient and communicated very well throughout the entire process from packing and loading to unloading, staging and reassembly of our furniture.Prior to selecting Riley, I received three quotes with Riley being by far the lowest bidder. I highly recommend their services.

They lose multiple boxes in our moving and several don’t have an economic value, definitely not a good company to trust

North American moving company was professional and respectful in all phases of this move. The site coordinator answered all my questions in a timely (fast) manner. The move coordinator called to keep me updated on dates and times throughout the move. All belongings were delivered in the same condition as they were prior to the move... this I was very happy about. The delivery driver at drop off was professional, respectful, and showed care with our belongings and house. I would recommend this company and plan on using again. I gave it four stars because there was an issue with an item due to miscommunication but the company remedied immediately. Great job!

Moving my mother from Iowa to my home in Virginia wasnt an easy task, but, the people at Riley Moving and Storage did a fantastic job!They took superb care of all my mothers furniture, especially her antiques and special photos. They wrapped and packed everything securely, and delivered it to my home with absolutely no damage.We were extremely pleased with the care and attention to our needs by both the company and their driver/handlers. Ethan and Danielle were amazing, and we really enjoyed their company while they were loading and unloading mothers things.Thank you so much for an awesome move! We will definitely refer others to your company, and will definitely call you first if we ever need to move anything again!

We had four movers and they all took their sweet time. My mirror was broken (found a few days later) as they didn’t say anything and just hid the broken part behind some other wall hanging in the corner of my living room. They used a box clearly labeled “XBOX” as a door stopper. They broke the screen door to our new home. AND they got argumentative when I asked them to bring a few more boxes up from the basement. We paid over $2,200 and the service was absolutely awful. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Would highly recommend you DON’T use this moving service.

My move with Maher was excellant in every way. From the start, they were as professional as it gets. The estimate was less than 100 pounds off.. The pick up and delivery was superb! The driver and his team took their time to pack up and nothing was broken except for a dish I dropped while unpacking. I highly recommend them as about care free a mover that was possible. Thanks to a well job done guys!

Very professional and a pleasure to deal with from the booking all the way to the arrival at our final location. From office personnel to the driver and movers, the experience was painless and easy. All of our questions and concerns were taken care of. We had a choice and are very glad we chose them.

The agent did a very well with the estimate; the driver and those who loaded and unloaded did a great job, everything was unloadedin good condition; but the packing was inconsistent. We had minimal damage but would not have had any if the packing was the same for the same type of items. Half of our clothes on hangers were put in boxes instead of wardrobes. That required time and cleaning to get the items in good shape. The pictures/ wall hangings were wrapped individually, excep two. By putting a those two together instead of wrapping individually, there was damage. Also, the good sheets were packed with liquid cleaning items that should not have been packed. The sheets were damaged. There was inconsistencies in the type of cleaning/food items packed or were not allowed. None of the dishes or glassware was broken. All of that was packed very well. Again, if there had been consistent packing this would have been a claimless move.

The guys were friendly and made sure to stack my items so that everything fit inside the storage unit.
