We made major purchases recently. Liz helped us with the details on a refrigerator and dishwasher. Matt helped me with an after purchase question. Mike helped me when I had a delivery problem. All were great, and I would definitely recommend this store and the appliance department.

Had some good deals, mostly went to browse and buy a fan. Would shop again for major appliances and home improvements.

This place has great deals on pretty much anything youre looking for in the home repair/diy world. I have had a couple odd ball employees who thought they were helping and actually didnt at all, but there is at least one in every business.. I will continue to shop here.

My mom and I, from out of town, went to pick up what amounts to a fancy drill bit for my uncle who was working on a project for Grampas house. We had the item in hand and a kind-of description of what it was for. The first guy we found for help was on the phone, which was fine, but the way he held up his hand to my face is like how one would communicate to a dog. He pointed vaguely to some corner of the store and mentioned someone elses name to find over there. So Mom and I went and found the guy, who made fun of the description my uncle gave us and mentioned that the example drill bit we brought seemed to be very used. (Yeah, thats why were replacing it.) :P Then he pointed us to two replacement bits that looked nothing like what we had. Mom was getting ticked and ready to get those bits, but I found one next to them that looked more like the one we brought. Turns out its the right one. Thanks, Lowes, for virtually zero assist today.But the cashier was very nice.

Favorite local hardware store except for the fact that they dont sell both of my personal tool brands but they have everything else great pricing and their clearance rocks are the best in town

I’ve used Lowe’s home improvement services on a couple of occasions, with good success. Most recent experience has been absolutely terrible. Andrew, the exterior service sales rep has dragged his feet in getting us a quote. Almost two weeks gone, still no quote, we have since moved on and placed the work with another roofing contractor.

Had several employees ask if we needed help with something while shopping, great service!

If I could give negative stars I would. Set up appointment to get quote on deck and install, apparently I was double booked. Was called that day and told they would call back to set up another appointment, never called. The next day was called and asked if I was taken care of, told them no and still needed a quote, was told they would call back, never got a call. The next day the same exact thing. Like the product but if that’s the service and consideration I’m going to get, I’m sure the actual work will be very poor just like the service I’ve received. I truly will be passing my experience around and me personally will be going to menards, Home Depot, or K & K from now on.

I really like cacti. Those are my favourite plants. I mean, arent they majestic? They are clearly superior to any other decorative plants and dont let anyone tell you otherwise. They are just so cool with all the little spikes and flowers. I like other succulents too. Lowes has a plenty of cacti and other succulents. Pros for that. Open until 9 pm! Unheard of in this day and age. 9 pm! Amazing. Mind-blowing. The rest is ok. Buy cacti!

Bought a Honda push mower. Realized I wasnt positive that it would fit in my trunk/car, so I talked to an associate and she let me borrow her tape measure to measure my car. Bought the mower and a gentleman helped me put it in the back seat (didnt fit in trunk). Everyone was very helpful.

Delivery was a nightmare! A third party(?) Calls to set up delivery, then never fkn shows up! Call them and 14 different stories about their failure.. truck missing, driver missing, driver never came in, etc etc..smdh!!! Frustrating DISASTER!!!!

Like every visit I found what I needed on my own (use the app, it’s good) and the price was right. The store is clean and well stocked. Lumber carts were hard to find due to the volume of people shopping the day before Easter, but that is not a typical problem.

Bought an oven. Specifically confirmed that they would be hooking it up. Delivery dropped it off and said, Oh, no, we dont ever hook up gas ovens. Great. Now what? Should have bought elsewhere.

Plants are the best around...many are 50%off...and they keep them watered!!!

We went to Lowe’s last night to look for a microwave and other kitchen appliances, Robert helped us out a ton. He was very knowledgeable, nice, walked us through anything we wanted to see, answered all of our questions, and helped us find what we needed without rushing us. He probably spent over an hour helping my husband and I. He did an awesome job!!

Went into Lowes to price appliance packages and Tim helped us. He was very patient and showed us many different styles and name brands. We ended up leaving there spending even less than we expected. We did not shop around because we were very satisfied with our choice. Tim was very helpful. Answered all of our questions and was very patient. When I said I wanted a convention oven in a larger size than the pkg deal and a convention microwave he just added that to the package we picked out. We were also able to upgrade to a gas stove. All this for less than $3000.00!! Gotta love holiday sales!!!

Stopped by to grab some reflective insulation, couldnt help checking out a few products for future crafts. Lowes is basically my home away from home, this location is very clean and well kept and the workers all seem to be friendly and always helpful!

I just had to get lawn sprinkler this time but I was able to get an employee to walk me to them. Overall I was able to go in and out in under 15 minutes.

Please consider hiring more associates and training them according to their position. Your team seems to be struggling to keep up, and moving people to departments they dont work in is ineffective and harms the guests as well as the associates doing their best to help.

They normally have what Im looking for, but the price isnt always the greatest.

First they first tried doing a bait and switch with a washing machine on us. Luckily we noticed on the receipt before we left to get it picked up. Then they only had one register open for 20 guests to check out when we went to pick it up, nobody else would/could help. Something needs to change at this location fast.

Lowes is always great to shop at. Their prices and services are the best.

I went in looking for a craftsman top chest, I was ignored at customer service, I then walked back to the tool area asked a cashier and they called for someone and no one showed up, so I asked another cashier and they directed me to the one who called for someone and told they only had one person working the dept, so after 20 mins worth of waiting I walked out

Absolutely no interest in making a sale in the appliance dept. Stood there WAY TOO LONG without so much as a can I help you. So off to home depot we go. 👎

The only person that helped me was a guy in plumbing. I was there for a lawn mower blade.

Went to the garden center only. Poor customer sericve. Workers we not knowledgeable of the plants. I asked for a manager which was paged and manager never came so after 20-30 mins waiting we left.

Pretty quiet there tonight. Excellent customer service at check out. Floors were a little dirty. Not sure what was on them but it was chunky

Picked up a snow blower due to stupid weather. Put it to good use this AM. Not overly knowledgeable sales staff but I new what I wanted and they were close and convenient with a fair selection.

Pricey but have a good in stock selection. Call ahead for store inventory on line info not always correct

This Lowes seems well run and staff have been very helpful on numerous occasions.

Lot of customers in store but shortage of employees available where I was at. Found what I needed and checkout was fast.

The customer service was subpar. It was raining (light to moderate) and the staff made me feel like they would rather not sell the trailer if it meant going out in the weather. I did end up buying the trailer with no assistance outside except unlocking the trailer, which they had to do. I am also disappointed in the current veterans discount policy. Lowes certainly doesnt trust Service members. I normally go to Home Depot for my home improvement shopping. They didnt have the trailer that I bought. I will certainly be going back to Home Depot for the customer service and the level of respect and trust they show for the military.I am happy with the trailer and expect to get much use out of it.Thank you.

I go there for the plants.They have succulants. For a while there they had a large variety and some of them were only 1$ it was amazingThey havent really restocked since then which is disappointing

They never have the stuff I need. Half the time its faster to get it on Amazon. The rest is just lumber.

Went to get supplies to pot plants for my daughters birthday party. Manager in outside lawn and garden walked me around to collect all the items I would need, providing a huge selection and reasonable prices. Unbeatable customer care.

Trying to buy something with a company account was impossible today as the guy couldnt manage to type in any of the information properly and misspelled every word multiple times to the point where I just paid with my own money just so I could get back to work, as I had guys waiting for me. I have a feeling like he wasnt trained enough.

I was shopping for a new washer dryer combo. Our older one started leaking and soaked the floor. I replaced the floor and jumped online at the Home Depot website. I found one I liked and noticed that Home Depot said it was backed up for delivery. I needed a washer and dryer sooner than later so I got on to Lowe’s website. I found one I liked and the delivery time stated 3-7 days! I was relieved and placed my order. It wasn’t until AFTER I placed my order that they said they were delayed even more than Home Depot! Why could they not make a note of this before someone placed their order?? Amazon does it, Home Depot does it? When I placed my order it said 3-7 days! I called them to express my concerns and also about the delivery process. They informed me that every delivery was different! They said some delivery drivers would include bringing it into the house and setting it up where other certain drivers would just drop it off in the driveway. It basically all depends on who you get as a delivery driver! Not only is their website deceiving but their delivery system is unpredictable. I would not recommend shopping on line with them.

Helpful old guy w info about what I was buying

Just went through the store for a very simple need of a standard 5gal water bottle exchange, brought in the old, acquired the new. Our cashier had zero knowledge of how to work the cash register. The management here does not train its employees and then just releases them to attempt to do their job. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience in this store. We have much better stores in this area to shop at, we all should shop elsewhere.

Super friendly people also they went out of there way to help! Super service!

Lowes is my absolute favorite home improvement retailer.I am only a mile from the big orange HD but Lowes is worth the drive from anywhere.Quality, selection and price. Coupled with award winning customer service!Do yourself a favor and drive past big orange and find real value under the blue Lowes sign.

I just moved here from another town that has an amazing Lowe’s store! Very nice facility and willing to help with everything. Davenport Lowe’s has awful service and rolls their eyes at customers.I have been there no more that 2 times and every time I have gotten attitude and eye rolls.

After my visit, I paid for a large order and when I called into the store to speak to someone in delivery the woman who answered the phone for customer service was rude. She would not tell me her name so I could report her. Then when I spoke with the manager, she said I understand, she probably was a little leery about giving out her name. Her first name? Yes. No she was a little leery about getting reported on. In the same conversation, when I did mention another employee that was trying to help me she said ok your gonna have to be more specific than that I have probably 3 employees with that same name. Bad business principles LOWES!

Went there for a medicine cabinet and lights for our bathroom. The employee in the cabinet area was helpfull even though it was some information that we did not need. (We did not want to order it online, we needed it today). The guy we tracked down in the lighting department to help us out must not work in that department. He did not know the difference in the lighting we were asking about. Over all we were happy with what we found. We will go back the next time we need something hopefully we will find it also

Poor/no customer service. Went to store multiple times to buy range and microwave and waited over 20 minutes for service each time, then left. Ordered at Lowes online instead, then later found order delivery takes 3+ weeks. Store does not install $500+ range, although website says Lowes installs ranges over $400. Went to Best Buy online and ordered range and microwave, scheduled delivery for the following week - all online - for similar price for similar product. Continued to call Lowes to cancel order and finally, someone picked up and then immediately transferred me back to main menu, then no one picked up again. Still on hold with Lowes national number - over 20 minutes - trying to cancel order. What a mess. Service could not be worse.

This was an awful experience I ordered my washer May 19 and the whole time it said delivery set for June 5. They call the day before and say I’m too far away too deliver 2 hours away when I spent over $700 haha so they would need to find another store to fill my order. This means another long wait thank you such much for waiting until the day before to tell me this. Ah social media is great and I definitely won’t shop here again awful customer service!!

Sales people in flooring in Davenport knew nothing. Ordered flooring but when I called to check on it there was nothing on order. They had boxes in stock but no one could find them. Store is not organized. Young guys running store at night if you can find them..Not getting my business

We are almost to closing day on our house so weve been on the hunt for appliances. There is a younger man that works in the appliance section that is just the friendliest and most honest person Ive come across in quite a while. He was such a big help.

Ist emp said aisle 22. In isle 22 emp #2 said aisle 9. 3rd employee said Nope isle 25. Employee #4 in aisle 25 (ty for getting off your tractor thing) said Sorry moved to aisle 6. Employee #6 (funny- in aisle 6) said All wrong and we went looking. Finally!!! Right by the door I walked in. Upside- got my mile walk in for the day without ever leaving the store :)) Good prices. Lots of choices.
