Blake was super helpful! I brought my husbands and my wedding rings in for their long overdue cleaning and found out that one of my diamonds in my wedding band was damaged and would need repair. The ones who are experienced and kind and roll that into one honest package when they tell you your 50th birthday gift ring, purchased abroad, is a fake. A nice fake, worthy of wearing. But fake and not worthy of sizing or appraising.We already received our money back after filing a fraud claim with our credit card. Walked into riddles today with my Invicta watch I got from my cousin. The folks there were very nice after they checked out my watch they saved me from having to spend any money in adding the links they did some adjustments And it is so much better. 10 years ago I was here and they added a band and some diamonds To my wifes wedding ring it still looks great and very struck and very structurally sound after being dropped numerous times. I recommend this place to everyone

They have absolutely the worst customer service. To employees were standing behind the cash wrap... Talking amongst themselves never addressed me walking in. They continue talking for approximately 7 minutes until I had to pick up my phone and call the store to get some assistance and then they started to walk over because it interrupted their conversation.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I needed a new watch battery for an older watch ASAP (the next day is when I wanted it) She was unsure if she could fix it in store or if she would have to send it out. She (I’m sorry I did not get her name) took my information and my watch and said she would have an answer for me by business close, so I could take it elsewhere if need be. Not too long after, she called and informed me that she indeed could fix the watch and that it was working and it could be picked up at my earliest convenience. When I arrived, and to my surprise, she said then fix was on the house. I am so so gracious of this due to the circumstances on why I needed the watch. Thank you again, though. That made my day and I am so thankful. You rock and won a customer for all my jewelry needs for the foreseeable future!! A+++!!!!!!

I frequently shop at Riddles in Davenport, and have been a customer of Duane, the manager. I was in the store earlier today and witnessed Duane being harassed by two customers who appeared to be unsatisfied with a previous purchase. They did not appear to accept Duanes suggestions of ways Riddles can help remedy their problem, and began demanding Duane give them two free pieces of jewelry. Duane explained he isnt able to do that, and continued to offer what he was able to do to address their concerns, at which point the couple both began threatening him by saying they would write bad reviews of the store and get others to do so if he didnt give them the jewelry. I feel it is important to write an accurate review and to say I was very impressed by Duanes professionalism during this encounter; he was pleasant and courteous to two very rude people throughout their time in the store.

We bought our engagement rings here a week or two before Christmas and needed repairs and one ordered. The rings were done and arrived ahead by two weeks, fantastic and timely repair (sizing) work!!! Stacia R helped us all three times we came in and she was so friendly and patient with us!! Perfect expereince!!

The associate who helped me, Theresa, has a personality worse than watching paint dry. She was more into leaving in time for lunch than helping me. So I left and came back....guess where she was??? LUNCH And my card has still not been refunded for the broken earings she (I sold myself) rang up on the register.

Took my Mothers Ring for repair after 11 years and 2nd time the stones have fallen out. Even tho I purchased the ring at a different Riddles location they went up and beyond to get my ring fixed or replaced at a responsible cost to me. Ive been kept up to date throughout the entire process with costs, expected wait time, etc which I really appreciate. Cant wait to see my new ring in a few weeks

I stopped by to see if Duane was working and he was off this day. I was cheerfully greeted by the stores assistant manager Teresa Treon, who qualified me as to how she could assist me. I explained my situation which was I needed to get my wife’s wedding ring cleaned but we had a few loose stones and no one would touch it. Several other jewelry stores had told my wife 10 days to send out then they would clean. I am leaving on a trip in two days and my wife really wants her ring. Teresa confirmed the loose stones and then spoke with their in house Jewelry repair man, whom we nick named “Rick Star!”, pun intended, who said if I gave him an hour he would tighten clean and rebind it for a nominal fee. I said yes please!! And I will be saying yes again soon to a new ring purchase for myself!! Thank you Riddles at Northpark and thank you Teresa for a customer first environment that obviously is part of this jewelry stores culture! Having an in house repair tech is wonderful! And thanks “Rock Star” for your outstanding customer service as well!!

Had a great experience today with Teresa the assistant manager of riddles in Davenport. The associate helped us and was very through and explained everything well. We initially went in to fix my wedding ring that had broken (nothing to do with riddles quality at all) and after finding out my warranty had expired so there was a cost that incurred with the fix and we ended up spotting a set in the case that was perfect. So she suggested instead of fixing the one I had and still not having a warranty (as it had expired) to purchase a new one that not only wasn’t broken lol but also had a full lifetime warranty. I lit up right away after seeing the set she suggested. It was a mirror image of what I had just double the size and BEAUTIFUL. I am beyond happy with my purchase and thankful to her and my husband for the help.

Riddle’s is a premiere jeweler that outdoes the other jewelry stores. The staff has endless jewelry knowledge, as well as company history knowledge. This is one of the few places that actually has jewelers on staff to service your repair or custom needs. Overall a great business.

Very cheap made rings and jewelry your diamonds will fall out and they won’t replace them even if you have warranty if you waste your money here I will regret it and be disappointed

I have had several pieces fixed re-styled and jem replaced. They have done remarkable work at a affordable price. The associates take time to get to know you so when you come through their door they can greet you by your name. And amazing place to buy new and have your old look new again.
