We were very happy with our deck cleaning! The top of the deck was black and it was cleaned down to the wood so we could restrain. Also the under part of our deck was covered with green moss and they were able to thoroughly clean that all off. Cleanup was great. Our cement and walls were wash down so there was not any dirt left.

As a business owner like myself I expect things done a certain way, and distinguished power washing company met all my expectations, and went above and beyond the job requirement.I can say they were very thorough at the job, and were courteous of my plants and landscaping, as well as the family pet. I wish I could rate the company higher than five stars because I would definitely give a higher mark if that was an option.What I mostly like is they answered all my questions before a drop of water hit my house and the fact they followed up with a conversation to make sure I was a satisfied customer and satisfied with the job they had done. Brad recently pressure washed our home and a detached garage.There was years of typical grime and green mold on the siding and gutters. There was also greasy spots on the siding, front and back, due to our hanging suet cakes out for the woodpeckers and other birds. We had tried cleaning these unsightly grease spots ourselves with general soap and our pressure washer, but without success. The exterior of our windows had not been washed in years.From the time Brad was initially contacted he maintained reliable, prompt communication and was easy to reach when needed. He was eager and accessible to answer questions about the project. He was very knowledgeable about the work at hand, chemicals being used, etc. He clearly explained everything he would be doing throughout the cleaning process.Brad provided a very reasonable bid for his work and over-delivered on the quantity and quality of the work he performed. We provided him a tip for going above and beyond with this work.Upon arriving at the agreed upon date and time, Brad started cleaning and did not stop, working for over 4 hours, until the job was completed. He took time to cover electric outlets to keep them dry. He repeatedly wet down shrubs, bushes and flowers to ensure they were not damaged by the chemicals being used.Upon completion of his work, Brad had successfully removed all of the typical grime and mold, the greasy spots, and left the windows cleaner than ever.We will most definitely utilize Brads services at least on an annual basis. Did a great job! There was a lot of green mold growing on the side of my garage from lack of sunlight to kill it. Brad came out and cleaned my house and garage and the siding looks brand new! Green mold is gone! My gutters also looked as if they were starting to rust, but after he was done they also looked brand new. Highly recommend Distinguished Power Washing!
