Im superbly pleased with the service Ive received from the staff. They are accommodating and knowledgeable. Im excited about my new hearing aids.

It was great they actually care and they take consideration to people with disabilities to help them out as well as giving them a hearing aid

The audiologist did a thorough job on checking for my hearing. However, I was very displeased that after they gave me my trial hearing aids nobody followed up with me to see if I had questions, check on how I was doing with placing them in my ears, etc. I was also disappointed that when I told them I felt I needed a longer trial period (they gave me two weeks. I asked for a week longer) and there was absolutely no consideration to accommodate my request. I would not recommend this company.
