They did not put my gutters on right. And they lie they say they will show and dont. And will never call you back. To me this company sucks

Had gutters put on our business recently. Prices were very good and everyone in the company was very easy to work with. Had to reschedule with very little notice and there were no issues - very reasonable and flexible company. Did an excellent job, and finished in less time than they quoted. Will absolutely call them again if I need gutter work I the Quad Cities area.

Tried to give this company my business but I refuse to continue to call and leave Messages with no return response .When I finally did get a response of a promise to measure for installation in two days it was a no-show. I would strongly recommend evaluating the reliability of this company. I was forced to give one star in order to post this message in my opinion it should be zero.

Came gave a quote then showed up the next day without calling for another quote said last one was wrong his uncle didnt even look at the property just gave us a quote for 2xs the amount the 2nd time around

Took a couple of trys to get service going, but I had them come out and clean my gutters as well as install some gutter guard. While I was not home for any of this, so I cant comment on any of the safety concerns, it appears the jobs I asked to be completed were done in a timely manner once I got in contact with them. On the flip side, I have reached out a couple of time to try and pay my invoice and am still waiting to hear about that. Overall, good service for the work done but hard to get in contact with.

Great customer service and they did my gutters in a timely matter. 5 stars and I would recommend them to anyone.

My dad worked for this company briefly. He was doing a gutter job at a local elementary school in davenport and one of the ladders he was on did not have the proper lock to keep it in place, which resulted in him falling 20 feet and injuring his shoulder, ripping off half his ear, and getting stitches to his head. The crew hid the ladder when the ambulance and police showed up because they knew it wasnt in compliance. I received a phone call from the secretary nonchalantly asking if I could grab a set of clothes for my dad, when I asked why she said He fell off a ladder and tore half his ear off hes at the hospital. Needless to say I ran to the hospital to see him. This company has already been in trouble for not having their conpany trucks within DoD compliance and having drivers without valid drivers license. I would tell homeowners and businesses beware.

One of the best gutter companies in town

L & L was scheduled to repair a gutter last Thursday, and never showed up at our residence. We called the following Monday and Tuesday and left messages, and have now hired another company to repair our gutter. I would suggest that L & L return phone calls and show up for scheduled repair.

I called and left a message but no call back even a week later so i used another company who gave my contracting company speedy service..
