I called someone else they never got back to me so ServPro was advertised on TV so I gave them a call glad I did. GREAT SERVICE VERY PROFESSIONAL will use them again

To clean two small rooms I was given an estimate of 4-6 hours for $650; however, the cleaners were done in 2 hours. When I questioned the price, I was told it was not a time-based price, but a project-based price. So be very cautious about hiring ServPro of Davenport...they are highly over-priced!

It was a pleasure speaking with Jennifer. She was extremely knowledge, intelligent and helpful. I felt reassured that I was in good hands during my difficult time. After speaking with Jennifer along with numerous other companies to service my needs, I knew Servpro was the company to hire. My mom was out of town I was asked to be at the house Servpro was going to clean up a laundry room accident as well as cleaning the carpet from a burst pipe upon arriving John immediately talked about the work orders being performed that day. I was very impressed about the description of the work order. John asked if there was something else my Mom would like to have done. There was a back area of the laundry room corner that was exceptionally hard to clean due to the size of the space to get back to John and the other employee did A+ work went above and beyond the work order .Mom went and looked at the job Servpro Mom very happy with the job getting done right even though she had to be in Chicago a couple days..Thank you to the whole team at Servpro.Respectfully Troy!

I couldnt have been more pleased. The quote was reasonable. The work was done immediately, no waiting. The outcome was fantastic. We didnt need to replace any ceiling tile or do any painting when they were done. They were meticulously careful in covering everything in the room. This was my second experience with this company! They do it right!!!

Matt, Don and Mike of the Servpro Team at Jebens handled everything from my initial call with an incredible level of professionalism and poise. This was a tough week for the guys, as they had a Friday night rainfall that exceeded 3 inches in 20 minutes. They saw my issue through, and did a fantastic job of making sure everything got taken care of. The answering service relayed all my messages promptly, and I was quite pleased with the service! This is one of those businesses that you never want to have to use, but if you have to...you want to make sure you are in touch with the right team!!! A Triple Plus all around!!!

This place is absolutely abysmal. they are most definitely not professional. the female owner is not someone that you would want to have to deal with if youve had a disaster of any sort, and needed a company like this. she is rude, unprofessional, and insensitive to peoples situations. i think they are running a scam on people and stealing their belongings. something will be done. no more will you degenerate companies take advantage of others when they are in desperate need.

This company is outstanding. Had sewerage backup and they were here almost immediately even though it was evening hours. I highly recommend their business.

ServPro Davenport is the best!!! My husband and I were home and heard a loud bang and couldnt find out where it came from. The next day I went to the basement to find that our water heater had busted and there was water eeeeverywhere. When the guys arrived begin the work on my flooded basement, they told me they would take care of every thing and return my finished basement back to its original state before the flood. It took them 3 days to dry everything out and they did not need to do any demolition like they thought they would have. They kept coming back each day to ensure my walls were completely dry and even did some other tests to confirm there was no moisture behind the drywall. Once my basement was all dry they recleaned my basement top to bottom. Each member of the Servpro team were professional and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend Servpro to all my friends and family!! SERVPRO saved the day again! I spilled a lot of blue paint today on tan carpet and they were here within 2 hours. Great service, awesome employees and somehow they saved my carpet with their magic. Their customer service reps were extremely friendly and the employees that showed up were fantastic. Highly recommend!

After calling Servpro of Davenport they were quick to respond, very professional and they answered all of my questions I had! I am so Thankful they were there in our time of need.

Were trying to help with insurance claim. the servpro rep. never responding to my questions. he never showed up to a scheduled appointment and when i called back seemed like they totally forgot about it. suppost to get a photo claim to my insurance but a week later still never responded to me or my insurance company.

Had all my spare change stolen (which they paid me for) and when I told them my safe was broken into and things were missing they stopped responding to my text. Be careful.

We suffered catastrophic water damage to our floors in the kitchen, dining- and living rooms. The entire floor had to be removed down to the joists and treated for mold. I was very pleased with how attentive, timely and understanding the Servpro staff was with excellent attention to detail. The subcontractors they brought in were exceptional. They made a horrible situation much less overwhelming.

Two toilets leaking over an extended period of time damaged the sub flooring underneath, so we contacted Servpro to replace the flooring. Servpro subcontracted Davids Remodeling to complete the structural repairs, which were adequate. However, the overall processes took too long (estimate entered 9/27/2019; we got our bill second week of December). Some of this time was waiting to hear back from our Servpro contact for days, them telling us wed find out info by a vauge date (sometime next week) and then them missing this timeline. At one point we were left with one toilet we could use: as it continued to leak into the level beneath, we were left waiting on Servpro to schedule the competition of the flooring for the other toilet so that we could put that fixed toilet back in and stop using the leaking one. Eventually the projects were completed well. However, the communication demonstrated by Servpro was less than adequate due to the frustration of slow communication.

Servpro has always provided quality services for us. We have used them for Carpet and Upholstery cleaning, Duct Cleaning services as well as a clean up from our water heater. They handled our water damage from start to finish and took care of all the details for us. They worked well with our insurance company our adjuster told us we were in great hands with Servpro. We highly recommend Servpro bonus they are locally owned although nationally owned they are part of our community!

Very unprofessional. Changed our door locks without telling us, then let themselves back in after job was done to leave an adjusted bill which was not agreed on or discussed and we still have not received our house keys back. No normal care was given in the tear out because they damaged​ our trim, floor and molding and failed to reinstall new or make it look right. A chunk of the carpet must have had something caustic spilled on it and they just cut it out without trying to fix it. Outlets were reinstalled crooked not to mention wrong color of plates to outlets, and trim got painted 2 different colors and didnt even match the existing trim work. Must of been some left over trim from another job!!! Had ceiling fans in 2 of the rooms and they got replaced with cheap lights. Crown molding got replaced with standard cheaper molding. All I can say is you better beware when dealing with this company and make sure you print out your estimate because it will mysteriously disappear out of your email if youre using Gmail... Hmmm...DocTrackr??? Good thing we have an attorney that prints everything we send him. Very shady business practices and would never recommend!!! Forgot to mention our bottle of vodka mysteriously drank its self??? Update... be very aware of servpros practices they sent us a new revised bill of almost $18,000 😅from a quote of $9,500 they still did not finish their work or repair what they damaged they are very shady company all I can say is anybody that does business with them make sure and print out everything and save it we did and will take it to our lawyer
