I came in only needing 2 color copies off of a saved attachment. I could not figure out how to find the file. Siera spent 10 minutes with me to help me find the file and get it printed for my job. Siera went above and beyond. She was very accommodating all for a $3.00 sale. I highly recommend this place.

NEVER USE THIS PLACE!! I went in Saturday paid $80.00 Overnight 1st delivery at 8am Monday and was never told FEDEX does NOT have an over night guarantee anymore!! No sign on door no warning that package could be delayed for 3 DAYS!!! My daughter needed a key delivered overnight. She still has not received it! 430 PM MONDAY!! We would have gone with ANY other services and not pd $80. NEVER USE THIS PLACE.

Quick and easy to drop packages off.

They have no ramps for using carts to bring in packages or handicapped parking, I had about ten boxes to drop off and it was extremely difficult getting in the door. THEY DO NOT HAVE AUTOMATIC DOORS, on top of that there are two doors you have to push to get in. How are you supposed to carry packages in when there aren’t automatic doors. Stop being cheap and fix it!!!!

Good service and covid safe. guy was kind enough to let me take photos of packed box because company I was shipping to recommended it. very expensive though.

This location has great customer service. I also had just a small issue with an order and they took care of it just as they had promised! I highly recommend them for any printing supervises you need done personally or for your business.

Kathy was so helpful and patient with us when we came in for some prints. She went out of her way to assist us. The store was fairly busy. Kathy never rushed us and made our day better. We appreciate Kathy so much. Thank you for the great service!

NO REFUNDS IF NOT DELIVERED!! MGMT did not care. No signs saying NO GUARANTEE. Saturday morning was never told FEDEX overnight not guaranteed nor that my 81.73 pkg would not be delivered Monday because of holiday. Management never responded offered refund or restitution. No signs on door that services are not guaranteed.Mgmt did reply after review and we did receive our refund. But FEDEX LOST OUR PKG!! Replacement on item over $400 and so much red tape we will NEVER use FEDEX again.

Staff is very friendly. We needed to ship documents and got in and out in less than 3 minutes. Also, the cheapest service was 3 business days and not expensive at all.

Absolute frustration... We asked for their fax number...and they gave it to us without any indication that their fax is Glitchy and not working... It would have been incredibly useful and helpful if they would have told us this...We would have been happy to go somewhere else. We wasted almost an hour waiting for the fax... We kept calling them, looking for the fax to arrive, and nobody told us that there were problems with their fax machine!. We were waiting on a time sensitive document for our attorney.... For an hour they never once said their fax was not working. Only when we just happened to get another employee on the phone did we find this out.... Someone is clearly not managing the store, nor the employees. What a mess...a perfect example of a store with employees who do not know how to communicate with each other, or the public. I absolutely do not recommend this FedEx location.

Need to have automatic doors,I always have oversize packages and it a paid in the.you know where.Great people.You would of got 5 stars but this held it back

Simply the best place in town to have things printed and shipped. The staff is really helpful and nice and they take the time to make sure that you get the attention you need. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my business needs in the Quad Cities.

Disappointed with transparency and honesty. If you are planning on shipping anything, make sure you bring your own box and pack yourself. I was charged $78 to ship a 5 lb item. They mislabeled the weight and size of the item. I went back with similar item and shipping destination with my own box and shipping label and it cost me $9. I spent hours on hold from FedEx billing to resolve the matter and finally gave up. Wont be using FedEx ever again.

I ordered a tattoo kit off wish and it said its been delivered and ive never gotten my package

Very annoyed. I am a college student and I had previously made copies of my workbook at this store but when I went in and had a different employee she told me she couldn’t make copies for me because it was copyright. Okay I understand that. But don’t have one employee say they can make copies for me and the other tell me no. The same lady who told me no was also the same lady who took 10 minutes to copy something out of a magazine-which I’m sure is copyrighted-for someone else. Never going back here again. Employee was older and very rude.

Fedex is the worst place ever to depend on for shipping They are quick to lose your package and say they delivered it and it was never ever delivered DO NOT TRUST FEDEX WITH YOUR STUFF
