One of the better inspection companies Ive used. I needed a quick inspection on my 3 unit apartment purchase with a 7 day inspection period. Big River was very accommodating to get it done by working with existing tenants and doing the inspection over multiple days. The report was quick. I wish the inspection report had more detail pictures. The pictures that were provided were high quality unlike other inspection reports from other companies. The inspection report was simple and easy to understand and it had a nice web-based checklist repair generator tool -very advanced and kudos to Big River for bringing technology to these outdated reports. Their price was fair for the 3 unit inspection including the radon test. Drone footage was clear. Overall I would recommend their service if you need inspection.

It takes true skill to be educational yet not patronizing. Manny did my whole house inspection with his fine tooth comb viewpoint and also pointed out several features and functions of my home that will be important for me to know as the new owner. I felt like I was on a personal tour of heres what you need to know, do and monitor. Not once did I feel like he was trying to over-simplify. He has an eye toward both compliance and safety and pointed out a few unique things that made me feel even more assured with my choice to buy my home.The detailed report with visual cues of red (fix now) yellow (watch or do when you can) and all systems good green will be a great reference as I look to hire services and maintain my investment. There are embedded links in the report that further explain DIY projects or refer to trusted sources.I feel that was a solid use of my money and time and will pay off by avoiding escalated costs for repairs and give me a road map of what to tackle first.

Big River Inspections was fantastic to work with on the inspection of the new home I am purchasing. He walked us through the home after he was finished and explained everything he had found and talked us through shy something was important (or not as much). Great company to do your home inspections!!

We have been using Big River Inspections for many of our home inspections for the past year or so. They do a great job with inspecting, explaining the condition to the buyers, and communicating with us. We use them often because they are great at what they do! If they were not awesome, we wouldnt use them. Simple as that!

Manny was so informative and professional! He made sure to explain things to us on our level without talking down to us. He was realistic about the areas of concern in the home without alarming us.

The inspection was very detailed and seemed to do a very good job! My only issue is we received an email with a time to be there and planned to do so, about an hour before that time we got an email stating the inspection was complete. We were pretty bummed we weren’t able to make it to our new home for details regarding his findings.

First home buyer, with that being said I wasnt sure what to expect.But I was very pleased and happy with how nice/well it all went. They are good at following up and making sure we were aware of everything.
