I made an online 11:00 am appointment to have my phone battery replaced... when I talked to a person at batter plus he told me it would take approximately and hour. When I got there I was told it would be 2 1/2 hours before it was finished. Why did I make an appointment? It did not make a difference in the time frame... I was lucky i had not planned anything using the 1 hour time frame...otherwise everything worked fine and I would do it again and recommend to other who needed a battery replaced. The online appt did give me a $10 credit toward my bill.

They were busy, but very fast at getting me in and out during drop off. We did the online reservation for a phone fix and it worked great. They had discounts that they applied as well and got the phone fixed perfectly.

Terrible place! Rip off. Took my phone in to have the battery replaced because it was heating up. They replaced it and charged me $70 and there is no difference from when I took it in. I called and asked why they didnt test it and put my old battery back in. I was told that it got bent and they would not recommend putting it back in. Seriously? 1) They bent my old battery. 2) They didnt test it before they give it back to me. It immediately warmed up when I got it back. 3) I called them and they told me they could put the old bent battery back in but I would be charged $20 for the tech fee. Really? $70 for WHAT? They could have at least offered to give me a partial refund since they bent the battery and I dont have any choice but to keep the one they put in. Shysters.

Why set up an appointment if it means nothing? They didn’t have the part in stock. No one checks to see if they have it in stock even if it is all computerized? Then you are told to come back days later. This has occurred twice. The repair was performed perfectly, but the rest of the service was well-below expectations.

After i payed they told me the warranty that came with my phone was invalid. One younger gentleman was quite nice but everyone else i talked was opposite of his attitude. Even answering phones i was disappointed. They also kept pushing back when the phone would be finished continually through the process and i had to contact them after giving them a number to call when the screen was finished. The screen works fine amd looks good. Really wish they had good service.

The staff was ON THE BALL! And they had a sense of humor, too. I noticed how kind and professional they were to other customers, too from a young lady to older couples and even a biker guy. They explained what they needed to do and what time I should come back and everything went exactly as they said it would! I went there because my hubby had a similar experience. We are both fans of these guys!

NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE, youre better off getting a new one.So, I have a personal phone and a corporate phone. just replaced my personal phone two weeks ago. i jad taken my corprate phone in to have a cracked screen repaired.The first visit they repaired the screen but had broken the back glass and now my biometric scanner no longer works.So the second visit they charged me to replaced the back screen and repair the scanner that they had broken.So a third time they had me come back to repaor the biometric scanner, again that they broke. three visits, they were unable to repair my scanner, my phone is now a paperweight because i can no longer easily access my apps thst require passwords. MY PHONE IS WORSE THAN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. They chose to refund me for work done but more damage has been done than replacong a simple, SIMPLE screen fix. I now owe my company a new phone. Only send your enemies here. i should have taken otw when I first visited and another lady was funing mad because they had broken her phone and I was irritated that she was taking so much time and I jad to wait for a long while. Now, sadly, i too can justify her bad attitude. Do yourself a favor, seek elsewhere!!A $300 fix cost me 3 days time, a vacation day, 13 hours without a phone and $995.43 for a new phone. Doing the math, they cost me well over $$3k in lost time and phone plus painstaking time I will never get back.

Did a good job on the repair of my phone. Not impressed with the time it took to do the job. Had an appointment, dropped it off at that time and was told it would be ready by a certain time but maybe earlier. When I arrived at said time another person told me it still had 30min and on weekends the technician can get pulled away to work the front if they get busy. Doesnt the appointment take priority over customers who come later? There still is another person there working and lets face it this is a store that really doesnt get that busy.

My daughters phone was not keeping a charge and not recognizing many charger cables. We replaced the charging port and battery. Her phones performance didn’t change; only one charger would charge her phone, and the battery health function in her settings indicated that her battery was only 89%

I initially had a wonderful experience. The next day i go to look at my phone and remember all i did after repair was get a screen protector and put my phone in a case then went to bed woke up the next morning to find the back case of my phone that was just replaced cracked. I take it in and get told that its not covered under warranty and i have to buy a new back but he can give me half off. I just gave you almost 300 dollars yesterday and in less then 24 hrs your product breaks inside of an otterbox cover. All i can do is send a message to my manager. Yes do that and i will never purchase another product from your store again. I retract my postive review from yesterday litterally 15 hours ago if your products dont last that long while in aCase while a person is sleeping then i will not be giving you my business or recommending it to anyone else.Since this review the manager of the store got ahold of me and fixed the break updat to 3 stars

I had battery n face plate replaced on my iPad Air because would not fully charge. But even plugged in charging I’m still losing power while on it. Why am I not staying fully charged while plugged in and playing??? I used to be able to play for 20 hours not plugged in. So what am I doing wrong???Thanks, Marianne

Disappointed. Never kept in the loop. Brought the Ipad in because of pressure marks on screen and no responding to touch. Was quoted the $149.99 for digitizer replacement. Should be a couple days. A week later and nothing from them. I called them and they said they were waiting on parts, new Home button assemble. A week after that I go into their Davenport store. The employee checks and says the part is in stock and will place it all upon the repair techs desk so it should be ready the next day. I come back the next day in late afternoon. Oh the part was in Moline, not here so we need it brought over. Waiting again. Then they finally call it is done. Get there and the digitizer was replaced but not the home button and still pressure marks on the screen. How long would this have just sat if I had no been calling on it? Plus it still has issues with touch on the one corner and the home button seems depressed into the Ipad itself. Note the home button was fine when I dropped it off. Disgusted with their lack of service. never keeping me updated, waiting for parts they did not install. Not going back there with any device.

Phone is back in excellent condition, but they have a $10 off special right now the original price is 139.99 when it was all done with the $10 off it came to 139.09 which is a bunch of bs, rip off if you ask me. Just take the 10 promo off.!!
