Everyone at the testing center was polite and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole exam experience so much less stressful than I expected!

The employees were very professional, friendly and polite. The place was extremely clean. Couldnt ask for more from a testing facility. As far as the people complaining about calling/rescheduling, that can all be done online. The instructions are very clear online also, so I cant imagine why youd need to call.

They do Not answer the phone. They cannot service the people who apply. This place is TERRIBLE

Cant get ahold of anyone ever! Ive been trying to reschedule my test but cant ever reach them. My test is on Monday and you have to reschedule within 48 hours or you dont get a refund. Ive been calling ALL WEEK! What a crappy way to do business. I am beyond pissed! They dont even have a corporate number to call! Dont do business with this place!!!

Poor customer service over the phone.....if you can reach them...
