Great job. Real cleaning dry in a hour.

I hate writing a bad review, but I must be honest with my experience. We called All American Carpet Cleaning after a water heater leaked all over our basement carpet. They showed up promptly to clean our carpets, and we paid extra money for a deeper clean on the area most affected. After they cleaned our basement carpet, it had an unusual and unpleasant smell that we had not been there prior to the cleaning, the stains had not been lifted, and in some areas seemed more apparent. After several days post cleaning, the smell had not gone away so we decided to order our own carpet cleaner. Post cleaning we were extremely careful not to wear shoes on the carpet, allow our pets in the basement, or allow food/drink on the carpet in an attempt to keep the newly cleaned carpet fresh. We received our new carpet cleaner from amazon and went to work. We were shocked that we were able to lift stains left behind by All American, as well as get rid of the smell. When we saw the dirty water from our own cleaning we felt as though we needed to leave this review. Just a few weeks after they cleaned our carpet, this is what we picked up in a LOW TRAFFIC AREA ( an area where there is furniture and where we paid extra for a deep clean, see pictures below). We are very dissatisfied and regret the $150 we paid for the cleaning. In addition, we spent over $200 on our carpet cleaner. All and all, we would never hire them again.Ryon Mullins

They did a amazin job i was very very pleased i recommend them to evryone i mean my carpet was a ugly gray they made it bck a beautiful light gray plz give them a try i love it thanks

They did a great job, carpets super clean and did 4 rooms & 12 steps in one hour! Also, A reasonably priced, Definitely recommend!!!
