Bunch of hillbillies; do not even know how to operate a computer, were given empty titles. The most useless, rude and unprofessional people I’ve ever seen.This has been the worst experience of my life. Their apts are poorly kept poorly managed. Just wondering how they are allowed to be in business like that.

Currently rent with KMB Iowa City. The apartment is nice, and prices are reasonable for the Iowa City area. Recently had maintenance issues, and the maintenance man was out there that same day, and fixed it. The ladies in the office are very helpful as well. Would highly recommend renting with them.

We rented from KMB in Davenport. Not only is the lady at the front desk EXTREMELY rude, they chargcharged us for items that were listed as damaged on the form we filled out when we first moved in. When we questioned why we were charged for something that was there before we moved in they blew us off. All that on top of the fact that it took over 30 days and is driving to their office over an hour away to even get that information. Our rent was always paid early, we caused no problems while living there and we did not damage the house, yet they still had no problem screwing us over.

They obviously dont care about a baby dying on their watch as they basically blasted the heat while it was hotter than hell outside. And even with a plea for humanity they denied to turn it off NEVER EVER MOVE TO A KMB APARTMENT

I lived under KMB management for 8 months. This is one of the least professional companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They have hung up on me multiple times, the tried to blame me for the water damage in my basement not getting taken care of, and they are extremely difficult to get ahold of. They sent maintenance to our apartment without any notice. Luckily we were home! Overall, I’ve had a terrible experience living under KMB.

KMB staff worked hard to help me find the right apartment for my unusual circumstances. View was amazing!

DO NOT MOVE IN..........WOW WHERE DO I BEGIN. I MOVE IN..... BAM IM BLAMED FOR SMOKE IN THE APARTMENTS ON DAY 7 OF MY MOVE IN. and day 2 BAM blamed for a stain on the entrance floor. SOME OLD LADY THAT WORKS FOR THEM HARASSES ME ON THE DAILY. They say no incense burning!!!.... well that violates religious laws. I SMELL A LAWSUIT. water is free but they claim people in the building are using too much so they sent a note saying they might charge $50 for it. I moved in and filled out the damage report form DAMAGE WAS AND IS EVERYWHERE but I wish they would lie on me I have copies of the sheet I filled out lmfao TRY ME. You cant turn the heat off cuz you dont get to control it. IF SOMEONE HAS A HEAT STROKE, BAM LAWSUIT. I can go on for hours. DO NOT MOVE IN

Worst management company ever, they allow just anyone into their buildings in PARKVIEW and even 1 place has more then 1 family living in a 2 bedroom, money hungry. NOT SAFE for your family yet alone valuables (cars) no locks on garages. Car windows broken, glass everywhere someone ran into our garage and they did absolutely nothing about it. Potholes that need to be filled in correctly before someone’s car axel breaks, Missing mail, “thug” kids yelling racial slurs while you walk inside or leave. It’s like the ghetto of Davenport, so sad. The owner needs a better company to manage the 2 buildings.

Paid 70 dollars to fill out our applications for a house. Turns out the house after doing research was busted for meth! They told us there was no reason to test the walls or the floors for meth residue as the packages that the previous tenants recieved were not opened in the house and they were not making it on the property. Who knows if these people were smoking it in the house too. They didnt bother disclosing that information and were really defensive when I asked questions. What I wanted to say to the lady was would you let your family move in there and take a major risk? Especially having a newborn in that environment. No. To top it off its been over a week and they still havent gotten back to us on our applications even though we ruled out that house you can still call us and let us know. It doesnt take over a week to process an application. Especially when the guy who showed us the place said it was just a 30 minute process. I would like to see our money back for the application fee but I know it probably wont happen since they have terrible customer service and people working for the company. All I can do is let people know of this terrible experience and hope you reconsider going through them. Bad business Kmb management and I will never recommend you to anyone.

Took KMB in Iowa City.Extremely bad service! And chaotic how they manage rents and receipts. Not sure if they even keep records of anything. Will definitely not recommend it to anyone!

Terrible company. They do not address any needs in a timely manner. When I moved in the apartment was a mess and I was told it would be clean prior to my arrival ( dirty floors, counter tops, bathroom, etc). In the past eight months I have lived there I have deal with an array of issues including no heat ( for two+ weeks), water leaking into my kitchen ( took over a month to fix), and a squirrel ate through the ac unit which took over a week to fix. They told me they would contact owner of the building since we went several weeks without heat in the WINTER about discounting our rent, which of course never happened. All they care about is taking your money. Do not rent from them.

Unfortunately I have nothing but negative things to say about this company. I lived at one of their facilities for 8 months and have had nothing but problems. first off there was vomit in the entrance way for 2 days before I had to call and address the situation directly to the landlord, and then I notice the majority of the vomit was gone but it was wiped with a dry rag there is STILL to this day an outline of vomit on the tile. The hallways are not shared hallways but your neighbors will have anything and everything outside their doors as possible. Multiple pairs of shoes the hallways smell like feet, if your neighbor has unwanted trash that smells it will be left in the hallway to smell until the next day. The maintenance man they keep on the property is missing all but one tooth sits on his balcony blaring music and drinking publicly EVERY NIGHT, I also had to file harassment against him shouting from his balcony. My furnace/air-conditioning runs as loud as can possibly be and running constantly so you will be paying a hefty electric bill. All of these situations were address to the landlord and NONE were resolved. If your looking for customer service this is not the property for you.

For your rentals of houses and apartments they can do business
