My experience at A Plus Self Storage has been great!!! The facility is well managed; safe to visit day or night; has security cameras that record and monitor the property; the property and landscaping is always well groomed, neat and clean; you can setup automated payments with your bank account; they respond promptly when you contact them by phone. I feel very comfortable and safe in storing my classic car at this facility and I would highly recommend A Plus Self Storage to anyone.

Ive had my unit over a year now...I know time to get it out but...I know my stuff is safe there, and Im really not ready to go through some of my Mothers belongings fully. There has been a few times when my own communication had been lacking or a technological error had occurred, but each time it had been quickly addressed which I truly appreciate since I live 4 hours away. The Wife and Husband team also went above and beyond by checking my unit for me when I was worried about a situation. Thanks for providing a safe place for my belongings!!

Horrible customer service, paid my bill on time every month. Went to move out and was told I would receive my deposit that day. The manager of the complex Eric Hupp was rude to my friends because I was running late (had problems getting my moving truck) and called me while I was driving a UHAUL and demanded to talk to me after I told him I would have my friends leave the property since I hadnt arrived yet. I almost had a car accident because he called me and spoke with my friend riding with me, then called 2 seconds later after I said I would call and resolve the situation, and was rude. Who has time to call in 2 seconds??? He was very rude and to not only my friends but me, my family on numerous occasions. The funny thing is that if it wasnt for a former roommate used MY phone number and me contacting a mutual friend they wouldnt have gotten their money for another storage unit. This is my repayment.I hadnt been to the property since May 2015 when I placed my remaining items in storage and was told that one of my friends broke a light bulb in the unit. Why would I find out 3 months later AFTER I was told I would get my full deposit back. I never made a late payment and helped THEM get their money back! Also, the lack of customer service an unprofessional demeanor that Eric Hupp displays is ridiculous. The fact that I wasnt reimbursed when I even made sure to sweep out the unit so it was cleaner than when I placed my items in there and they refused to give me $75-100 that they should have reimbursed me is pathetic. Considering when I was called because a former roommate used my phone number and I gave them ALL of the information I had and helped set it up so a friend could get their stuff from that particular storage unit, saved them the expense of selling the items as well as the expense of legal fees and they want $75 THAT bad???Bad business for sure. The guy follows you around like a freak the entire time and I moved my items out August 22, 2015 - BEST day of my life. For 5 months I dealt with that place and I will NEVER, EVER deal with them again. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and telling everyone I know what horrible customer service and abuse they will have to incur if they deal with this business.
