One of the ladies was extremely rude she wore glasses, had an attitude, service was bad. I waited for a long time just to get crickets while the employees literally kept staring at me while doing nothing. cashier was on her phone doing nothing, when I finally received help I was greeted with attitude from a girl. Then I brought the dead fish to her attention which as you can clearly see hasn’t been treated for a while. I usually see dead fish when i’m there but at the top of the tank never at the bottom meaning that it had been days, and the fishes eyes were white or literally completely out of their sockets, their were chunks out of them, and some missing half of their bodies. The women I told, told me that it was normal and that the food they feed them is dead fish. which is literally cannibalism and extremely unhealthy for fish. never buying from here again, and telling my friends the same because this was the worst visit to a pet store that I have ever had.

Ive taken my little dog here a few times to get groomed and Ive never had a problem. My dog is a sweet old lady who always gets the best report when I pick her up. But today was a different story. I picked up my dog and the lady that did her grooming said she kept moving her head and trying to bite her while cutting around her face. I doubt this happened!! Ill also mention my dog doesnt have all her teeth, she recently got most of them taken out. So she then tells me she ripped out some of my dogs hair from her chin. I thought it was only a few strands so I didnt think much of it. When I got home to put a new collar on my fur baby I see this!!! It looks like a chicken that has pulled its feathers out!!! My dog is very well behaved and loves her grooms. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! How is this possible?? Were you manhandling my dogs chin and purposely trying to hurt her? I need answers! My dog was also there for 5 hours!! Are you trying to hide something?? I couldnt imagine ripping out a patch of her hair like this!! I will NEVER come back and the woman that touched my sweet girl should be fired!!! Worst place!! Dont bring your fur babies here!!!

The cashier was very helpful and pleasant. My kittens were just neutered and she made very helpful suggestions about their grooming and items. I signed up for their bonus program. I purchased a very comfy whisker city donut cat bed and yesterdays news litter. There are so many great items to buy for my fur babies at great prices. I will locate a petsmart near me. Thank you

I love this location everyone is always friendly and they always help me use coupons and discounts and make sure I get the best deal. My son loves coming here and all of the handlers are super nice to him.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes people are finally, and sometimes not so much. The prices are a little bit high, but it gets four stars because of the variety and friendliness of certain associates when they are working.

They say when you call we will do ANYTHING FOR YOUR PET It is a lie. Supposedly my dog is not a good fit to get groomed there because of certain reasons. The last time I will ever set foot in a Petsmart. Sorry but not sorry you lost my business. I seen dogs become aggressive with my dog nothing was done . It bit her tongue and was bleeding. They told us to leave when my dog didnt do anything wrong. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It’s a very large facility. It has so many useful amenities like pet salon with the grooming, Bansfield hospital and other servicesI like they sell lots of things, pretty much everything - food, accessories, clothes, tots- all for peta. they sell animals, reptiles and birds 🦅 they have pet hotel 🏨 so much stuff that you can easily spend a few hours there, or get lost in the store! 🤪

Went in recently to pickup an online order. Unfortunately the item wasnt accurate. Apparently the product is being switched out with a newer one with different ingredients. I was really disappointed until the manager Molly came to help.She looked through all the existing inventory for the one I needed -- even pulled a ladder out to check high shelves. When she couldnt find one she ended up giving me a larger bag at no extra cost.I was blown away by how friendly and professional she was, and how she went above and beyond to help me. This store is 15 minutes further then the store by my house, but I will be making this my go-to store now. Thank you Molly for the AMAZING customer service!!!

Really bad experience with the pestmart hotel.My poor dog came back with a huge rash that was lead to an infection. I notice his behavior change soo much.He was scared of everything and everyone as well.He came back really dirty from his paws like if he was in mud or in a very dirty place.It was my first time leaving him but I decided to because I really thought he was going to be well taken care of.Really sad and mad with this situation to be honest.

Got told I cant buy a koi fish because I already had a kid fish in a 30 gallon tank. Instead of helping me to get the things I need they denied me and walked away.Seriously felt profiled by the heavier white guy.

One of the larger petsmart stores that I have been to. Its looking good for now. My dog will stay here for few days. I will update review after that.

They had a full selection of Canidae dog food and some of it was on sale. Line was quick and staff was easy enough to find if you needed help.

Very professional, friendly, honest, and informative, plus their prices arent too bad either. We moved, tried a few places closer to our new home, and still ended up bringing our dogs here. Im pretty sure Ive had each veterinarian that works here, and theyre all great.

Store is very spread out and there werent any questions asked for anything. I bought 2 animals and the employee helping didnt even bother to ask about my accommodations for the animals I was purchasing. The cashier however was friendly and efficient and even sparked a conversation which made it better.

This store is amazing. They have all the products that my critters want and need. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Scott and the other staff always answer my questions and are patient with me as we ask about new pets and try to find solutions for pet issues. We love coming here for free samples on Saturdays and my daughter loves to visit for adoption days. Great place to shop for pet needs.

Took my boy in for his first time recently for Doggy Daycare and we both had a great experience! The staff at the desk in particular Brooke, who checked us in is very polite, kind and helpful. Angela did a great job on the report card very personal and fun I loved knowing all about my dogs day and who he made friends with. Will be returning for a second time soon!

Well we first can here looking for a stand for our fish tank. We came upon a cat adoption fair. Next thing we knew we adopted our new kitten. The staff here was so friendly they even helped my 4yr old find everything we needed. Best experience weve had.

At my last petsmart it took 10 minutes to get a person to the fish area while calling then 6 times but in this one it takes like 10 seconds and the person was jogging so thanks for that new petsmart.

I really like this place for dog grooming and Doggy Day Camp. My dog always seems happy and on party days I get pics of him. My only issue is they play on a concrete floor all day. I wish the was some kind of artificially grass for them. Ive seen it in other places.

They rarely ever have our dogs size. U like to match her collar, harness, leash, and coat if its winter. I usually can find 1 or 2 items but never all and they are way over priced.

I have to say this PetSmart gave the best service Ive ever experienced. Rebecca you gave my dog Kovu the best bath with the furminator of his life. There is absolutely no fallout with hair. He is a beautiful dog to begin with, but Ive basically gotten used to his hair flying everywhere. However, after your bath hes a gorgeous, clean, smooth dog and we couldnt be happier. We board our pets here when going out of town. The staff treats your pet with love,compassion and respect. They even know our babies by name. My pets like the staff also and go right to them.

I took my Bella at the grooming saloon, my dog is English Cooker Spaniel none knows there at this grooming saloon how to groom English Cooker Spaniel, Im always disappointed when I pick up my Bella from there. This time the groomer cut off her adorable eyelashes, why I dont know? 😪 hope they will grow again, not to mention that eyelashes on dogs are very important for their normal activities and everything else.My dog now is like lost without her eyelashes 😪 Not going to give this saloon anymore chances

Prices need to be much lower on so many items... Especially anything made in China...Staff was ok, helpful, courteous...I like the chain as a whole... But, the over abundance of some items (like the different types of pet food) and the famine of other items (like pet clothes, dried Pure Meat treats, bedding, pet stairs, very small dog breed items) Should be better!

I Always Shop at PetSmart when I can but, My husband went to get my dogs nails cut and got all this other stuff that was in a package, it was $26.00 but so Worth it, I have paid for years $45.00 for a haircut for my dog at a Private grooming. Not no more. We buy his cookies there, and his shampoo, and food...I Only wish they could sell birthday cakes for dogs and cats there? I came here to look for gravel and accessories for my 5 gallon fish tank. Both of the girls working were absolutely amazing at helping me with information about water temperature, food; they were very knowledgeable about aquatic life. Best Petsmart I have been to! Highly recommend.

A short visit to buy Newton a blue stuffed dog. He fell in love with the one that his fried Cedar brought for his short visit so he needed one of his own. Great smells for Snickers and Newton and a treat at the checkout.

Have gone here several times to have my German Shepherd groomed. This last time he got skunked and they did an awsome job of grooming him. Got so much of the,smell out. He gets stressed easy and he was not stressed at all. Great job
