One of the worst locations. All but one of the employees are rude and unfriendly. None of them are able to do their jobs completely… even though they’ve been there decades

Friendly staff and it was quick. I dont see so many stamps displayed. Probably COVID!!!

This post office needs to either teach their employees how to do their job or learn how to fire someone, only some of employees are helpful

My Postal Clerk, Nomo, was attentive, efficient and knowledgable.

This location may be in need of updating but the employees are all wonderful! I have never once in over 20 years of using this location have I ever had an issue with them. Occasionally when temporary or transferred staff come in from other locations to fill in, deliveries can get a little messy and yes per USPS when a employee first starts working, they are not provided a uniform until later - but they are advised to wear appropriate and comfortable clothing. Be kind to the postal workers, they are out there every day delivering your packages.

I havent been there but my postal service says my package has been there for 8 days all other post office can get First Class in 3 days. Next time I buy online Ill make sure its not this post office

Tim at the Darien post office received a package that we accidentally sent to the wrong address. He went above and beyond (called us in VA on Christmas Eve!) to get the package to the recipient by Christmas- We are so thankful!

I find the post office not to be very friendly Also the mail carries r not in uniforms any more. My mail is mixed up with neighbors mail with a rubber bands around it. I had asked the carrier’s why the keep putting other people’s mail in my box, the response was I’m a carrier I don’t get paid to sort the mail I just deliver it.... also packages jammed in my mail slot when they could be put in the bigger package box. Very lazy and not good.

I came to fill the application on my passport! It turned out that according to the rules, people fill out the passport should be served last in line, as this is not a passport department, there not present any notice for public of this law rule, the manager as well rude and arrogant, she didn’t want even hear me. So, I was put aside by Mr. Noah for (!!!) 45 minutes with a three year old child. I understand the rules, but where the minimum humanity is, on the 30 th min the child started tugging at the my bag,crying, pull by hand she would leave, but the law-abiding Noah continued to follow the rules and keep going to serve other, with his typical loud friendly laugh, in fact I only needed 2-4 minutes just to pay for sending the flat rate envelope! He still asked me to wait for other three costumers but i was insisted to be serve finally, he did. Shame Mr.Noah, hope your children and wife will rarely meet in life for these ba.....ds like you. PS.perhaps workers feel some kind of property, working for a very long time in one place, it is necessary to change workers from time to time so that they would not warm themselves in the places.
