Decent, clean gym, I like the available towels and that it doesn’t seem to get too busy. Locker rooms, steam room and showers are top-notch. Mid-size space, tall ceiling on top floor, but not so much on the lower floor. There’s not a lot of workout equipment in comparison to much more affordable gyms in the area. Seems to have a ton of class offerings though. The membership is pricey, so to each its own. The biggest downside for me are the working hours, which are absolute worst than any gym in Connecticut currently. (Closes at 8pm Mon-Thurs, 7pm on Fri.) I hope they change this soon, or I may look elsewhere because of these bad hours.

Expensive but worth it. Very clean and COVID safe. Also love the complementary bath products in the changing rooms!

The Equinox is great! Both my wife and myself are members.The equipment is always clean and the staff and friendly and transparent, about your membership. Also, since reopening after the lockdown, they have been extra vigilant in enforcing masks and sterilizing all the equipment.

This gym is quiet good, I like the cardio machines. The showers are usually clean, I never had a problem with the water. In general the gym is in great conditions.

This Equinox is fantastic. Great location and amazing classes.

Poor layout with redundant and dated machines crowding the space. Decent facility but one of the lesser Equinoxes Ive been to and gets very busy at peak times. Management has no sense of urgency to modernize the gym.

I was a member for about 8 months. Be careful with what you sign up for. The app never worked and the front desk took message but the management never responds to your phone calls or attempts to contact them. Every time I went there I spend 20 minutes just trying to set my app up could never do that. I froze my account but they kept posting charges on my credit card stating that was the first time I found out that it was a 12 month contract. I spoke to the manager Megan after 14-15 days of leaving messages. Half the days she was out other half she was in one meeting or the other. She almost never calls you back. She mentioned that she will take the charges of freeze period off if we continued for atleast 6 months. Cancellation was another horror story. Last time we went to the club was May 23 and I notified them by email that we no longer will be able to come on June 6 but the charges on on my account kept posting till July. The manager is extremely hard to reach.They sold it to me stating it is a month to month that could be cancelled at anytime and did not explain the 12 month requirement for new Please don’t make the mistake that made. You will not get the promised service, the dealings are unclear to start and closing your account will be another challange.
