KO Business Solutions contacted me about a postion they had open. My Talent Acquisition Specialist had me take some tests. Upon completion he went over the results. He then went over what his client was looking for to make sure I would be a good fit for the position. The Specialist prepared me for both my interviews by providing me with the information I needed to Ace the interview. Without thier prep work and assistance with my application I would not have been able to land the job. KO Business Solutions is the best recruiter I have ever worked with. They know what they are doing, they get results and they help people find good jobs.

This may not directly be a reflection of KO- but I was hired by them originally. After working under KO for about two weeks they threw me and MANY other employees to a TERRIBLE company. And for that, I do not have a good experience with KO Businesses Solutions. They gave us to a company who did not train us yet had HIGH work performance expectations. If you are hired by this company PLEASE make sure you are being hired by THEM and not being thrown to a different company.I do appreciate Taylor and Arturo for always responding promptly to the concerns I had while I worked there.

Onboarding with KO went smoothly. The business is family owned and you can feel that here. Everyone has been very pleasant to work with and makes you feel valued as an employee. They do small things for the employees to help keep it fun such as holiday celebrations, etc. They are also open with communication to their employees as well. K.O solutions helps you find job placement, they are efficient with follow ups and even check in with you to measure your process. My personal hiring lead was Heather, she has done a fantastic job to make sure my resume was up to date, helped me with the interview process, and even showed up the first day when I was hired on to congratulate me. I have never been through a temp agency, but I loved having the extra support during the difficult time of trying to find a job.

Literally the easiest on boarding process Ive ever had with a temp agency. I was especially surprised since they are based in another state. Highly pleased and I refer everyone to them. My rep was Heather and literally checked up on progress, time punches, and off days. Congratulated me on my monthly milestones.

KO Solutions is a great staffing company to work for. The hiring process was smooth. Once I was placed in a position Heather was always available to provide support and assist with any concerns or questions. The only negative thing I have to say about KO Solutions is how the pay period runs you only get paid twice a month on certain days. I just wish I was aware of this before I started. I was also not happy with the way we had to clock in and out. I felt that it was a hassle because each time you use the system you had to wait until they send you a passcode. The job that I was placed in cellphones were not allowed on the floor which really made it difficult to use the clock in and out system.

KO is a great company to work for! Ive been working here for over a year and have nothing but positive things to say about the company. KO is family oriented and is huge on employee engagement and pushing their employees to be the best and to grow professionally.

They have friendly staff and I am enjoying the position they found for me. I would recommend them to any of my friends.
