I had an incident where I opened an infected email. As soon as I opened the attachment, I knew I should not have touched it! I immediately contacted the team at Circulent and they were able to verify that the bug had been quarantined but they suggested performing a complete scrub of my hard drive. They worked over the weekend to make sure my laptop was ready first thing Monday morning. Such a pleasure working with them! Thanks!
