I usually don’t do a 1 star review, but this was so horrible! They charged $77 for the car wash and told me that cup holders cleaning is not included. I had to pay another $38 to get that done. Unprofessional, rude, zero clue how to run the business. Darien residents deserve better car wash. They should be shut down!!!!RIPOFF

Jimmy bent over backwards to insure that my car was completely cleaned! My car was very dirty (it hadnt been washed or vacuumed in over a year) and I couldnt afford all the services it needed. Jimmy was very creative and figured out a way to clean EVERYTHING for a priceI could afford!Ive never had someone do that forme. This business is exceptional and the staff are outstanding. This is the car wash I will tell all my friends and family to use.And Jimmy, thank you so very much

BUT...original issue was because they had been double billing my CC for 7 months and I could not get response from several emails and phone calls to their office. Amazingly, 2 people outside the customer service dept stepped up and really did an amazing job of resolving the issue. Ciera and Shane were proactive in contacting me in response to my review. Im sorry I gave you a bad rating, but I think this review will help you better manage your work.two days ago I was at your car wash to wash my new car.your employee vacuumed the trunk of the car in a few seconds and the carpets as well, but the previous owners dog wool was still visible in the car, the plastic carpets had not been cleaned at all, the upholstery was sprayed with glass detergent and left stained.from outside I was forced to personally tell the workers who were cleaning the car well.

Very pricey and it was a okay job for 44.00. Could done a lot for that price!

I use the Darien Splash Car Wash and am an unlimited customer. They are professional and very courteous. A special shout out for Jimmy, Juan, Omar and the entire team.

Washes are ok, washing machines dont get to all dirty places on the exterior of the car, and and when they have the chance to address those places they dont do it, disappointing I cancell they competitor membership, to see how good they were, not big difference due to the fact that here they should do a better job since the have hand dry at exit.

Good service, but some rudeness was shared there, but dont like shading bad light on them. Couldve been one of those hectic rush hours

My 16 year old went for a car wash - ended up with the high end $37 car wash, then when car had some paint that didn’t come off, told her a $68 service would do the trick. I feel they completely took advantage of a young person. Granted they don’t know she is 16, but she clearly doesn’t look that old. But they made their $$ so they don’t really care. I called and spoke to Manager Victor who could care less. It’s sad when business just worry about making a buck rather than doing the right thing by people.

Amazing experience! Never knew the scenery was so majestic will definitely bring the family next time. Blowing my son’s college savings to come back here

Do it yourself car washes are the best

I tried this place over 4 times, and every time they disappoint. They are not very good. They are very ruff on the car and are not cleaning all the spots. Although I always take the best option they are offering (including the wheels) they clearly do a bad job. Even when I pointed out the spots, they did not redo them, I don’t think I will return.

Overpriced. Poor value for money.

Worked out perfectly for me. I wanted to find a place where I can wash my car myself. And this car wash provided me that space. It’s quick, cheap and has everything you need to wash your car for $5. It’s timed after the first 5 mins, so you will be paying depending on how long you spend washing your car. I think their other services are also pretty reasonable, but I haven’t used them myself.

Have the unlimited package and bring my car in for a daily wash. Every employee is friendly ans they do the best job

Had the 5 Star interior detailing done today, top-notch job done by the Splash team. We still had suntan lotion stains from the summer on the leather seats and they did a terrific job getting rid of them. Car looks/feels great. Much appreciated!

My car was almost as filthy when I left, as when I came.It just wasnt worth the headache to have fix it.

Today I tried to get a car wash in splash of Darien . Jimmy was the one who took care of me upon arrival, firstly the attitude of this man was very pessimistic and it makes me sad to say how this big company can’t realize the kind of person this man is. This is not the only problem. I am an unlimited customer who usually goes to Norwalk but today I wanted to try Dariens car wash. I have to say that I end it up with a bad impression. First of all they did not want to wash my car because according to them my account is inactive but I pay the full price of the unlimited every month, then they came out with another explanation saying that I must have the multi site to be able to wash my car in any splash. Ok I understand that but at least you have to be nice when a customer arrives to your property. They not even had the courtesy to give me a pass for today they even where going to charge me to wash my two front mats. It was a really bad experience in this Splash (Darien). I end it up with out washing my car and they didn’t do anything to solve it. At the end I went to Norwalk where they do a better job. I’m not going to update my account to the multi site because with this impression I will go only to Norwalk.

I love this location. I usually get a weekly car wash and they take care of my vehicles with immaculate care. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Oscar on the management staff has been very helpful to me if/when I ever had an issue and took care of it right away with great care. I truly appreciate the customer service him and his team provide so my family and I will always go back.

Pulled into car wash and was greeted by very friendly staff (I believe his name was Neil). He accessed the condition of my car and made several suggestions on way to best clean. After exiting my car and entering the store, I was amazed at all the accessories available for purchase. I grabbed a few cards to be prepared for wifes birthday and a snack for the road. The squirt guns were fun to play with while my car went through the wash. The cashier was very friendly and I joined the rewards program. Hey it was free and they give all this free stuff when you come back. Cant beat FREE! Upon exiting I was greeted with my door open by Omar(sp?) who reviewed my services and asked if I was satisfied, which I was. It made me feel good to have a clean car again! Worth every penny spent at this wash. Thank you

More of an eye wash than a car wash.Car was was full of dirt and stains.. they had missed the entire front grille, driver side front door, rear window. Please dont waste your money here.

For $20+ there was still a good amount of dirt inside and outside my car. Major easy to get to spots on the interior still had dust / fur. Very nice people and was a quick wait.

My SUV was a mess after a week on vacation with my kids. Splash did an express detail while I waited. In less than 30 minutes, they made my car look great again! While I was waiting in the store area, the cashier was very friendly and welcoming. Everybody I came in contact with were very professional. I definitely recommend this car wash for superior service.

They are horrible rude and dont want to clean. I paid almost $40 and they left stains and the interior was still dirty. Do the cleaning your self its cheaper and youll do a better job or ho somewhere else that wont give an attitude. Zero stars! 1 is to much

I went to go to the golf shop today, not realizing it was closed up and torn down, however it wasnt a wasted trip when I saw splash I realized I needed a car wash, so I pulled in and was glad I did. Omar introduced himself to me and made sure my car looked perfect! I will be back.

Place is trash, should have listened to the reviews. I literally had to wipe off the compound my self after they was done guy left a wet towel in my car, dash didnt even get wiped. I wouldnt even have them ready do it because place doesnt care about quality. Just quantity, how much cars they get in and out. $57 for a mediocre express polish w/full-service carwash better off paying $12 @ exit 10 gas station

I spilled a large coffee in my car and the smell was terrible. I called Splash and spoke to Victor. He is extremely knowledgeable! I brought my car in the same day and within an hour the interior looked and smelled brand new! Great service. Thanks Splash!

My wife and I brought our Rover here last week and they took great care in making sure it was clean.

Splash Darien is the best car wash I ever been to. The employees are all so friendly and helpful. I come all the way from Bridgeport because there fast and do such a great job. Everytime I leave there my car looks brand new . Im a happy loyal customer. And the managers are great!

This is a 3rd time in a row that my car was not fully washed. A lot of spots that were missed and I dont even want to mention their work inside of my car.. $30 bucks dont cover their poor quality.

After a (hand wash) there left a stains on car, the coffee was poured into the drivers seat! for 24.45 dollars badly washed the car, in any other express car wash they clean better for $10and also I got the screw on my tire

Bought The Works wash, the manager person outside was in a big hurry barking orders and focused on getting the cars out of the way as quickly as possible, resulting in a very unsatisfactory job! The works wash comes with tire shine, however they had to be told to do it. I looked at the interior and they barely wiped off the dash, I asked to borrow a towel to wipe off the dash and the floor matts myself. They did not clean the inside rear or front window properly. I have been a loyal customer of Splash in Greenwich since 2009, because they do quality work. Dont waste your time in Darien, poor job and poor service!

Cleaned car very good, decent prices

Stopped by for the first time on Saturday 6/16/18 and it was very disappointing. Paid $100 for a lousy job, they did not even clean the rims. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will NEVER go back there.

Just pulled in on a whim, as I was in the area. Outside only wash for a Mazda MX-5 roadster rung up at $24.95. Seriously. I guess insulting visitors is part of their business model. Naturally, I declined.

The self vacuums DO NOT WORK AT ALL, had to move my car at least 2 times and still the vacuums dont work. In addition, paid 25 for full service Left my car clean .

This place is straight garbage. Splash hires people that absolutely know nothing about washing cars. So many times Ive gone here and my car comes out dirty. Say something to one of the people outside, they dont understand what youre saying. The folks outside go so quick that they really dont dry the cars well. Got my mats rinsed off, they throw them back in soaking wet and not latched down properly which is a safety hazard. Save your money and go to Darien Detail or someone that actually cares about your car and not just your money. Their staff is rude as all hell. And this is every splash, dont get me started on Norwalk, I stopped going there months ago.

Its just not a good car wash. I took my truck there and after they were done, I could see several areas where they hadnt cleaned. This of course means that when drying, they were smearing dirt around the car, scratching the paint, which they did. Im very dissatisfied.

Great costumer service! Maintenance needs to be more of a priority though, the self serve booths are very poorly maintained, and the vacuums are terrible, but because of the outstanding customer service, I rate 5 stars.

The Self Wash used to be a great option for giving the car a quick rinse in the winter to clean off that nasty salt and sand. However, the once high pressure rinse is now nothing more than a garden hose with a nozzle on it.

The second time I have paid $61 for an interior and exterior cleaning only to get home to find the car mats and car itself still dirty. The manager offered to clean it again when I called but I would rather pay someone else to clean my car at this point. Huge waste of money.
