Service advisors were courteous, informative, and the service was performed in a timely and professional manner.

They do very good honest work, and kept all their promises. They will fix your car without the BS and hidden fees! It was a pleasure working with you and will do business again and recommend my friends.

Had a sound coming from front right side while driving. Gentlemen drove a car around the block to try it and came back telling me that front brakes and discs are bad and it’s about $300. Took the car somewhere else and it turns out that sound is simply coming from dust shield that’s around the brake. Pushed it a bit with finger without taking the wheel of and sound is gone.Not cool not cool at all

I recently bought a 2005 ford F 150 Lariat from Chippers Luxury Auto & Auto Care & My experience is a4 star. I say 4 star out of 5 because they sold me a vehicle with only a minor issue, everything was fine on the vehicle except for the passenger side of the frame. I know I am not made of money but it’s a minor fix that honestly isn’t that big of a deal. Danny and his co-workers handled the situation in a very professional manner. They said they can fix it & as we speak they are in the process of fixing my truck. I am so happy and satisfied with Chippers that I would recommend them to ANYONE who’s looking for a fantastic deal car or truck. I am extremely grateful and proud of myself that I did my do diligence on this truck & that I bought this truck at a phenomenal price. On the other hand both of their shops and offices were well organized and near spotless! Thank You, Chippers for holding on to this purchase for me and fixing any issue that I have.

Chippers has been a wonderful experience for me repairing the brakes and rotors on my work van, there pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received and the work was completed within a good time frame. Because of their very good work I have since brought my mothers car there on a couple of occasions and received the same quality and fair pricing for their services!! The best independently-owned auto repair shop in the Darien- Willowbrook- Burr Ridge- Hinsdale- Westmont area that I have patronized. After having costly, disastrous results from a couple of nearby shops, including the Darien Tire and Auto shop at the other end of the strip mall (dont buy a transmission - or probably anything else - from those guys!), I was completely satisfied with the promptness, service and price at Chippers.UPDATE: I went back to Chippers in January of 2021 and was once again completely satisfied with the promptness, professional-attitudes, service, and charges. Again, the best independent auto shop around!!!

I never Paid $90 for synthetic oil change until i stopped at chippers auto care, they are over priced i normally pay $60 else where but i will Never go there again and i don’t even have a foreign car i have a 2019 impala

This place wanted to charge me $35 to mount a tire on a rim and it was not even on my vehicle. Went elsewhere and paid $20.
