Ive learned the hard way in the past that cheaper insurance plans have loopholes and pitfalls that can cost my businesses much more than a slightly higher premium might. This team does a great job sourcing the right coverage and is always prepared to stay on top of the process.

When youre in the process of buying a house there is so much going on, life can get a little crazy. Mark Wilhelm was so helpful in quickly helping me to understand what was important in home owners insurance. He was super informative and actually found me a much better policy for less than I had found doing my own research. He was like talking to a friend .

Used company for 2 years I Paid policy in full at the beginning of the year, They ask for financial audit and charge me $1,100 for said audit threw email then canal policy do to lack of payment on audit, insurance is the biggest scam going in this country and this company uses every angle to nickel and dime you along the way! Going back to old carrier never once asked for audit in the ten years We did business beware of low introductory prices it’s a scam!

Daigle & Travers is one of the few companies that genuinely care and look after their clients. I always know that our coverage, both personal and business, will cover all our needs and they go out of their way to make sure were paying the best rates. They saved us thousands of dollars this year. Nobody will take better care of you.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Peter Daigle, Lisa and Janice have all been so incredible helpful. After a couple of car claims, and lately, a complete flooding of our apartment in Washington DC. First of all Peter arranged with an Insurance adjuster to come the day after the incident so they could start a case against a contractor who caused the flooding. Peter calls regularly to check up on us and offers advice.It is not a pleasure to have insurance issues but for sure, Peter and his staff have made it a little bit easier.

Eli Zimmer, our insurance agent for over 15 years, put me in touch with Liz Lyons who handles their commercial lines. We had an extremely good experience with her helping us with Workmens Compensation, which is complicated. She was incredible--spot-on, efficient in a very timely manner, great at explaining the system and saving us money, and patient with us. Her follow-through was the best I have seen in a long time. I highly recommend Daigle & Travers who has always been excellent with all our insurance needs.
