SAVE YOUR MONEY.......The lady that did my nails rushed and she refused to sanitize her station after she finished the customer before me & when I asked her to clean it off ( which the filth was very evident because it had nail debris everywhere) she just laid a towel down. The shape was horrible, paint job was hideous and the gel started to bubble and This is just a long story short. I WILL NEVER RETURN..

Clean place. Lots of color variety. For that i give 2 stars They cannot shape a nail correctly and they charge ridiculously for the end result you leave with. I rather rip the set off and go elsewhere.

I have been coming to this salon for years and they have a habit of not producing the same result every time it is inconsistent. I have had my eyebrows messed up here before, I have been accidentally cut, and they do not listen to what you say over the phone so calling ahead is pointless. After today I will no longer be returning because they messed my service up and took another person (who was a walk in) before mine was finished by the same person. Sad to stop business with them.

Call ahead for an appointment for a nail repair showed up on time and still was acted to sit in waiting for more than 30 minutes while the person I was with received and they had no appointment.

I had gone with my friend for the first time a few weeks ago to get my nails done well after 2 weeks they broke off they would not fix them and the amount of money I spent and didnt get what I asked for its bull I will never use this salon ever again

I been going there several years, Today I went in for a refill and a pedicure. Pedicure was nice the nail tech did a nice job but the next tech who did my nails did a Horrific job. She did not take off the old acrylic, she just applied to wear you a line at the top of my nails. I told her I didn’t like them, they hat she was doing it wrong and she kept applying polish. I refuse to let her finish, someone attempted to fix by covering it with glitter nail polish

Finally a decent nail salon! Great service, very sweet people! Excellent job on my nails (acrylic full set) and pedicure! They made damn sure I was satisfied before I left & I love that. I will be back in a few weeks for my refill & another pedicure!

I came here with my daughter as a mother daughter thing first time for my daughter a Lil over excited. But the lady kept yelling at her and she was just excited. I asked her to stop yelling at my daughter and she gave me attuide next time i will take my business to Macdade cause i seen them with kids they are great with them

I will never go back to this nail salon unless I’m desperate. They did my nails great the first time ever since then it was down hill. Service became worse and worse, I’ve sat for an hour and had people be seen before me that had just walked in. I liked the nail salon, but I would never recommend them to any of my friends now.

I had gotten my nails done somewhere else recently and they didnt do the best job. So I decided to try this place today to get a refill and they were fantastic. I brought my daughter with me and the staff made it a very enjoyable experience for both of us. The woman who did my nails took her time to fix some errors made by the previous salon and they look beautiful. I am very pleased and will definitely be returning. I was scoping some places out for my bridesmaids and I for my wedding in September and I think I found the one.

Such a great place since it was taken over by new management. Have been going there for over a year and could not be happier. Natalie and Hannah do amazing jobs. They work hard and make sure you are happy. The guy who does the pedicures is amazing and does a great job. I will go nowhere else but here.

Worse EXPERIENCE I waited for 2HOURS!!! Mindchu I called 10 mins 15 the Latest b4 I arrived and I was given the OKAY to come and be SEEN however it DIDNT happen that way!!!!The when I finally got placed in a Chair this MAN tried to OVER CHARGE me and ALSO not DISCOUNT ME FOR WAITING SO LONG n stopping to DO OTHERS NAILS ON TOPPPP!OF REFUSING to do my NAILS unless I PAID HIM FIRST I was the ONLY PERSON WHO he did that TO I couldnt BELIVE IT I FEEL DISCRIMINATED AGAINST! So I SAID No why I Have MORE THE ENOUGH $$ and I have TO PAY B4 u give me SERVICE!!?? SO I walked out with GLUED ON TIPS with NO ACRYLIC!!!Im So DISGUSTED!!!? N WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT!!!!!

Had a $10 gift certificate and new management refused to honor it. Really? For 10 bucks? I crossed my name off the list and went to the place in Ridley by Acme. MUCH NICER.

I have no nails & Tina did a great job on my full set. Even got a free free-handed French manicure. Looked awesome. They even did my daughters nails while she waited 4 me. Will be going back here.

Horrible, will never go there again! Was there for over 2 hours, it wasnt busy, and the guy did a horrible job. My nails were all uneven and he was hurting me as he was working on them! He actually ruined my nails. I usually go somewhere else, but I had as gift card, never again.

This is my favorite salon so far I went to get my nails done for a school dance and the women who did my nails was Jennifer she was wonderful and kind

Natalie no longer works here, I decided to give someone else a chance. Hannah did my nails, two days later I was back because two nails from both fingers started peeling. The older curvy lady complained the whole time, as she was doing it, another two days later most of my nails are peeling. Im never going back there, or sending one know there again. Horrible service.

This place is absolutely terrible. I went to go get eye lash extensions and the lady who did them got the eye lash glue in my eye multiple times, stabbed me in the eye with the tool on accident, and after all that the eyelashes came out terrible!!!!! the total was 25$ and i told her to add 2$ to make it 27$ and it added 7$ and the total came to 32. right when i got home the eye lashes came off!! HORRIBLE PLACE
