Fred showed up on time with a glowing smile and dove right in. Everything checked out, he changed the air filter with one I had present since it was needed and let me know there wasnt a surge protector on my blower motor, and, while my blower will run fine without it, he has one on the truck he could put on, if I wanted to buy it. We went with it, couldnt be happier.
