Beware ordering a mattress online they will not deliver it and you have to file a dispute with your credit card company. There is no authoritative customer service and many times the shipping warehouses due not answer the phones and when they do are rude.
Never anyone in store yet the checkout lines are long. Not enough cashiers. And, they do NOT have potting soil.
Thought I would call to see if I needed an appointment (4:40 pm) to have a tire repaired that I had purchased from them, was placed on hold. After 25 minutes of waiting on hold I hung up, and decided to try the following day. Called again to check on an appointment, (11:29 am) only to be put on hold again, and then was disconnected, ?? seems to me like I was hung up on. So I went to the store (12:05 pm ) the tire service center. The associate at the counter was busy at a computer, so I waited, and eventually asked what I needed in a not so friendly manner. Explaining what I needed, and filling out the paperwork, I was set to wait. They would call my cell phone when complete, ( I had failed to asked how long the repair would take ) At 1:20 pm I returned to the counter and waited as a different associate was on the store phone. When he finished his lengthy conversation, I asked about my repair, which he quickly responded he attempted to call me, but it went directly to voice mail, I checked my I phone, there was no call. If there had been he should have left a messages. After getting my car back, i observed my tire pressure monitoring systems PSI reading for the tire that was repaired, ( the psi should read 35 ) which is on the door jam. The pressure reading was 45 psi, which I confirmed when I arrived at home with a pressure gage. So after this experience, I have to wonder if the tire was even repaired, guess time will tell. A message to Sams, Pleaseeee, step up your game with your associates, seems like the lack-luster approach is becoming problematic as this is not the only difficulties I have witnessed at the clubs,
Oh my goodness I could go on and on about the awesomeness of this Sams!!! Weve not been to one in years because it was too far but now we live in Daphne less than 10 miles from the coolest store Ive been in in forever!! Like its even better than Target! Yay Sams!
Mostly a great visit. Spent a lot of money. My only gripe is that the meat/fish department smells so bad it took my breath away. 😫 I never buy anything from that department.
Always clean and have what I need. Great clothing prices too. Polite door greeters coming in and exiting the building. Sams also has a variety of electronics and phones. Sams helps by having cost saving foods and drinks, snacks, several choices of meals, breads, cakes, meats, chicken and fish, and lamb and vegan. What can I say I love my Sams Club
Always great prices! Store is usually pretty busy and this particular morning I went and there was only one register available for checkout! There always seems to be a lack of checkout lanes open, any time Ive visited, but other than that its great! There are bathrooms, a Cafe area, and lots of parking. Sometimes you get super friendly associates and other times you feel bad for going in their checkout lane, same as most stores I suppose.

We stopped for gas and lunch. Gas was $2.83 a gal. We ordered a slice of pizza and a very berry icecream sunday. At Sams they can only give you a pepperoni pizza by the slice. Pizza was okay, I like Costco pizza better. The berry icecream Sunday was very good.
I went in to do a little shopping. I was on crutches but planned on using one of the stores electric scooters to shop. I walk in and all the scooters had signs on them not to use them. I am very very disappointed that I pay a membership fee to shop here but feel like you dont care about the customers.

Went to purchase a battery, there was no in there, so I waited, and waited. Walked to the window by the service bay, no cars in the bay, employees hanging out. Finally a lady saw me and waved. Several minutes later 2 men came to the register area, neither acknowledged me, no greeting, nothing. Finally one said he was clocking out, could not help me, but would find someone. Meanwhile, he starts helping another customer. More wasted time waiting, I asked for a manager, I get back talk, well someone will come, but thats not what I asked for! A few minutes later another walks up, does not acknowledge me, I ask if he is a manager, he responds he is a front line, nothing about my time waiting or when I can purchase the battery! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I left and bought a battery elsewhere! My time and money are valuable! Sams Club SUCKS!!!!

New Nonsense policies at the register to swap carts when using the self checkout. Some genius idea that nobody can explain why is being implemented once that you still able to jump items when scanning them. If they want avoid people to leave without paying for something, improve camera system and security personal. If your problem is trusting people, close the doors to all and work only from pick up and delivery methods. And one more thing: policies should be written and available to all customers to read if you want them to comply.
I got there around 7:35am to be able to do the early shopping that the PLUS Members are allowed to do at 8am. While waiting by the door, one manager came out, spoke, & began changing the gas price signs. A minute later, another manager came out, spoke, checked the mailbox, & then went back inside. To my surprise, he went ahead and unlocked the doors for me to do my shopping, & it was only around 7:45. I expressed my appreciation to him for that, and then told him that I drove 1 & 1/2 hrs to come shop. His reply was, Wow, I appreciate you driving that far to shop with us! I can honestly say that any staff that I have ever come in contact with at this location have been nothing but pleasant & helpful. It definitely makes my shopping experience better.
Terrible management, cafe is open randomly. No schedule. You ask what is going on and yeah we are short staffed, we dont know what days it will be open or closed how do you not know what staff you have coming in on a given day?!?!

Two weeks ago we were driving to Miramar Beach, Fl, and our car died in the Sams parking lot. We went in and asked for assistance at the tire department. Hixson and Eric were both willing to help us. Hixson came out and looked at our diesel truck. He called multiple car rental places...gave us some great advice...he did everything that he could to help us.Sams should be proud to have both of these men working for them . God Bless them both💕
My wife and I have been members since 2013 and have used the Sams app since 2017. The last 2 times Ive used Scan and Go the app charged me twice for a product, even though I only scanned it once. When I got home yesterday and looked at my e-receipt, I was charged twice for an item even though I only bought one of the item. Trying to get a refund is difficult since we live an hour from our club and they want me to come back to process any refund. Its hardly worth it for a $13 item. BUYER BEWARE if you use Scan and Go. We love not having to wait in line, but do not like to be over charged.

I had place a pickup order of 2, I repeat 2 items at this Sams club. I purposely picked a time of day where I knew they would not be busy (7pm) for my order so it would be a quick in and out. To which I arrived, parked in the stalled, check-in via the app, received all the confirmation messages and waited.....and waited. Well 20 minutes pass and nothing. So I decided to walk in and ask the person who scans the receipt as you exit if he could assist me in retieving my 2 items. (very nice gentleman btw). He attempts to call the person assigned to that area via their headset and nothing. So I ask if I could walk in and ask somone else since he was unable to leave his work station and he said of course please do. I asked one more employee, who then proceeded to ask what I would assume was some type of manager who gives her a brief nod and proceeds with his conversation with another employee. This act right here sets me off so I interrupt their conversation and tell him I am grabbing my 2 items and I will be on my marry way to which he says I cant because that we be stealing. Dude... I already paid for this. Anyways, moral of the story, if you want fast service just do it yourself. Horrible customer service.
Went to get gas, the line was short and it moved fast. In and out with no issues even with the gas shortage.

This review is for the hearing aid center. Lady who runs it will only do a hearing test if you are buying a hearing aid from her. My mom had to get them from her insurance company and just needed a hearing test. Lady who runs it says Im not qualified to do the test for anyone else which is a lie. She only wants to do a test if you are buying a set of expensive aids from her. I was willing to pay for the test. Or she could have just said the truth that she only does the test for her customers which I would have accepted just fine.

Not sure what the problem with the app is, but it would not take my card in the app. No fault of this store, but I did have to have someone help me when checking out.
It’s a necessary evil and you can’t beat the food prices, but I have had numerous issues with produce at Sam’s across the country and this one is no different. It’s just barely worth it to avoid the drive into Mobile for Costco. They also drive me crazy trying to sell the plus membership at check out.

Just renewed our membership here after a 5 year lapse. Was pleased to see several items available here that we have not been able to find at Costco. However, we were dismayed to not be able to buy any organic chicken as well as having to do self-checkout. On a busy Saturday night, there was only one employee working a register which is ridiculous! Particularly for a place where I pay an annual membership fee, I expect to be treated better than that! I can go to Wal-Mart for free and bag my own groceries! Given this unsatisfactory experience, we havent decided yet whether well return in the future.

Became a member today. Wow I could spend all day and lots of money. Very nice store clean, nice, associates. Saved me lots on coffee cream detergent bleach shampoo conditioner. No worries until after first of the year. I will defitley be back.
Fun place to go...of course...shelves arent stocked as well as usual...but the holiday stock is about depleted, so maybe next visit... always enjoy a friendly cashier...
After checking the website this morning to see what time the Daphne store opened, 9:00, I went to Sams at 9:20. A clueless employee was attempting to scan cards as customers entered the store. After the customer in front of me helped her, she told the couple that they could not shop until 10:00 unless they paid for the expensive upgrade. I left and went to Costco, where games are not played at the entrance.Sams needs to inform customers of the 10:00 rule ON THE WEBSITE!!! The game Sams is playing is unprofessional and will cost customers.

The place is always clean and friendly staff. Love sampling, always a nice treat. Product choices are good. Of course mostly in bulk.Great wine selection and love all the specialty items in the cold section by the wine. I try different things like the fresh salsa which is very good. One of my favorite products they have is the chicken salad.

Good experience. I found everything I needed. I used the scan and go feature to minimize exposure. Ive tried using the pickup line but both times I was told there were no items or the item was wrong. Example, I ordered 1% milk, was given fat free skim. I opened it at home and realized it was wrong. I dumped it. Ive never had a case of no stock when I go inside myself. Too bad, good help must be hard to find.

I love my Sams Club its my go-to place for prescription drugs meats bread and frozen food. The employees are great and always try to help cant say enough about that.
Found some things I didnt know I needed. As you walk in, in Malbis, they had boxes of protective shields, 4 per box, $4.99. Got a big container of UTZ Halloween pretzels.On the downside, I was glad to see the snack area open, I got the pizza combo . Couldnt wait to get in the car, ate a few bites, eh, wasnt cooked enough, I will take home n reheat. Oh, yeah, the rotisserie chickens for 4.98 were huge!!

Other than the cart breaking mid shopping it was decent. However the ENTIRE freezer section is Out Of Order. I dont know whats wrong with it but it was all roped off. I love the scan and shop option to keep me on budget.
Its always been the best place to shop. I love going there whether it be for the free samples or the bulk food. I trust Sams is one of the safest cleanest places to shop. In fact i was driving up to pick up my order and i had noticed a worker was disinfecting the carts. They show their care for us and them.

It was terrible !!! I drove over 1 1/2 hrs to come to purchase chicken and water and they were out of chicken $1.78 lb .The sign was still up for the chicken. Im the one that had to even mention it was still sitting there as if they had it. The manager said that she couldnt allow me to buy the skinless boneless they had at $2.53lb. for the $1.78lb. I will always check to see if they have certain products. What really was a bumber, is that I could have gotten my + membership on line, but I chose to do the renewal Sams store. Which there again cant get it for the same price, its higher at the store.Then out of the Core water that was advertised. This was definitely not a better day at Sams !!! Oh, and buggies were Not wiped down, you had to do it yourself.

Great customer service. Purchased a 75in TV while unboxing the television we noticed a large crack on the screen. I immediately call Sams club and after being transferred to the correct department the issue was handled quickly and professionally. Returned the damaged television with no issues and had an un damaged television back home with the hour.
Always well stocked and designed for volume buying. The prices are some of the best in town and it is worth the price of membership.
