I needed a banner last second. After making calls around town FASTSIGNS of The Eastern Shore were the only sign company to quickly pick up and told me they would be happy to make my banner. I had to have the banner by 5:00 PM. I was promised it would be done by 5:00 PM. I made arrangements to pick it up at 5 PM. At 4:30 the banner was delivered to our business, well beyond our expectations.

Maegan Maloney provides fantastic customer service and always exceeds our expectations. We know we can depend on Maegan with both urgent and strategic requests.

Signs took 3 months after ordering. Charged $150 to have someone verify my measurements and she got all 3 signs wrong. I had to get someone out to remeasure and then reorder signs. Had I missed their error I would have been charged anyway. Signs must be paid up front before being made or installed. Delivery of signs when finally made was a day late. I had to stay at office all day and the delivery was not made nor was I notified of their problem. I give them one star for at least following up with my questions regardless of the information being in error. Being a Farmers agent with a special contract with Fastsigns one would think we would be handled properly. Now I wait for someone Fastsigns hires to install the signs.
