Found this place through a friend that recommended I get my navel and conch piercings done by Aaron and I could not be happier! He was super nice and friendly but also professional in making sure I was comfortable. I had my navel done ab a year ago but had it removed so I was a little nervous the pain would be worse the second time around bc of scar tissue. Luckily the first one was crooked so Aaron was able to pierce the new one straight and without issue! I absolutely love my piercings and they have healed very well. I have a really high pain tolerance and Aaron is very good at his job so neither piercing hurt too much. Conch hurts just a little more. Overall 10/10 experience and will be coming back for more piercings!!!

Had my eyebrow pierced (well, re-pierced after having it out for almost 3 years) and it was a fast, CLEAN, and relaxed experience. Aaron was very knowledgeable about piercing scar tissue and adjusted/corrected the new piercing to a better position while making sure my jewelery would hide any scarring from my pervious piercing. Would absolutely reccomend them for any piercings needed, cant wait to check out their tattoo artists next!

I have gone to this tattoo shop for the past 3 years and use to have nothing but wonderful things to say. I would recommend them to everyone who asked about my tattoos. However I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I paid for a tattoo in full a year ago and had the first session done and set up an appointment for a later date to finish it. Covid happened and things got post poned obviously this has zero to do with my issue because it wasnt something either of us could control. I set a new appointment date and unfortunately had to reschedule due to my job and having to cover shifts when employees quit with no notice. yet again something neither of us could control. The issue is that when I called to reschedule not one single person thought it was necessary to inform me of any different policies that were in place regarding having someone with you during your session. This has never been an issue before and I never would have thought that even with a mask on you couldnt have your spouse with you. I drove over an hour to my appointment was there early like every other time and was rudely told that not only could my wife not come in with me but that as always my tattoo artist was needing me to wait. I understand that a brief wait is normal but every single time I have ever gone I have waited no less then 45 minutes to a hour and a half for my appointment. This is not only inconvenient but frustrating since the whole reason for an appointment time is to start then. Especially when you arent drawing up a new tattoo. This time was no different of course except for the fact that you had to sit outside in the 40 degree cold. This also was not told to me at the time of my reschedule which seems like something you would want to let your customers know before hand so they could be prepared. We ended up sitting in the car so we didnt freeze while we waited and thank god we did because we sat there for the next 45 minutes and NOT ONE SINGLE TIME were we even thought about. Finally I decided that mine and my wifes time was just as important as anybody elses, that I refuse to leave my wife in the car for the next few hours alone, and that if this is how they are treating returning customers who have pre paid tattoos and been waiting for a year to finish a tattoo then I was done spending my money there. I got a hey sorry I am ready for you now text a hour and ten minutes after my appointment time and that was it. I have never been so disappointed in a business that I have backed so often over the years. Pete is a wonderful artist but that doesnt matter when you treat your clients like you and your time is more important then theirs. I would have been charged for every minute of his time for sure. Lost a loyal customer!!!!

I went to get my septum done and Aaron is such a nice man. Not only did my septum piercing turn out amazing, I also felt so comfortable around the staff. Ive been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder for over a year now. This place made me feel at home and made me 10x less nervous about getting my piercing. Ill be getting my first tattoo there hopefully in august!

I got a simple butterfly tattoo of only the outline of two butterflies on my hand in black ink. Each the size of a quarter. Emily did my tattoo, it is TRASH. Scarred horribly, no parts are even in thickness and it looks 10 years old already . Charged me $100 too for this garbage 😂 such a tourist trap.

I went in with my sister to get my third and her first tattoos. She picked mine and I picked hers. I cant draw but I had the idea in my head. Her artist was Ted I believe and I was so excited to see the drawing he made for her. I had AJ and he was a cool dude and did an awesome job on my lettering. Cant wait to go back for my forth tattoo!

Just got done getting a new tattoo here and seriously had maybe the best experience ever. I have quite a few from quite a few different places and overall I like this place best. Very professional, friendly, and great work for an even better price. The one I got was a drawing my sister did for me and Lee really made it look as good as possible. Surpassed my expectations and my sister is also very pleased with the way he did it. A few details are different from her drawing but for good reasons that he explained well and he really did keep it as true to her picture as possible. Couldn’t be happier!

I’ve been in many tattoo and piercing shops, I love the atmosphere of most but I can tell a distinct difference in this shop. The atmosphere is phenomenal, it’s welcoming and happy, the waiting area is so open and breathable. This place is spotless too, perfectly clean and maintained. Every staff worker I encountered seemed personable and sweet, I didn’t feel judged or like some other customer. They are quick, sterile, efficient, and so so sweet! They are a cash only shop, and I wasn’t aware of that when entering. But they informed me and made it feel like no big deal and even gave me directions to my nearest bank!! I will be back, and if I could leave multiple five star reviews I would!! Again, clean shop, great people, and nice environment. I recommend anyone looking for a reputable and reliable shop COME HERE! Even if it’s abit out of the way, the thorough instructions on aftercare and the reliable service makes the drive a million times worth it!

Due to the COVID-19 quarantine, I’ve found myself with more time on my hands so here goes a review that shouldve been written a long time ago! I came in maybe four months ago to get an industrial piercing, the service was great and my piercer seemed knowledgeable and kept me in the loop with everything he was doing! Cool, off to a good start. I buy some of their “salt saline solution” and leave. Now here comes trouble, a week of trying to ignore the pain I notice it’s still bleeding. That’s fine, I’m sure it’s normal and it said it was online. Come three weeks, still bleeding nonstop and just completely swollen. I go back to get a “check-up” and see what’s going on. The same guy is in that day and takes a peek for me. He said it’s completely normal and should be ok in the next few weeks. He adds to his comment with “I should keep using my solution.” My boyfriend seemed skeptical about the bleeding but said ok let’s go. Come another three weeks and I’m in wretched pain. Blood always flowing and a HUGE swollen ear. During this time we were in gulf shores visiting to buy a car but while we did this we stopped at a random piercing shop I found on Google that had five stars. Every single employee, I kid you not, told us that the bar was way far too short and damaging my ear tremendously. I decided to get it taken out upon four pieces of advice from four AMAZING piercers. And let me tell you, I’d rather get fifteen industrial piercings. Taking that out hurt so much. WOW! I came into this hopeful and ended up in pain and now with a weird looking bump on my ear. I’m sure they do great tattoos but please beware. I hate making these kinds of posts and never want to come off as annoying or terrible but this truly ruined a good two months of my life. Here’s to the recovery period! Cheers!

If you are looking for a place to take your kid to get their ears pierced. This is the place to go. The staff was amazingly helpful by phone and in person. My kid was excited and calm thanks to the gentleman who worked with her. He was a real pro. 20/10 would do again.

We wanted a lobe piercing for a little girl, and they were courteous and speedy. Only drawback is they only take cash, so come prepared. Shop sign says no children, but they will make an exception for lobe piercing. Aaron the piercer was great! I would definitely go back.

I had an original plan but it wasnt going to cover-up an old one while looking the best possible way. I was a little apprehensive and upset at first but Im so glad I gave it a chance. I wouldn’t give this place any stars, if I had the choice. I’ve had plenty of piercings before this. I’ve paid my fair share for good quality. I paid over 150 for all my piercings to all get infected, I couldn’t take them out and when I called for desperate help.. NOBODY called me back. NOBODY answered my calls. They just kept saying that someone will get in touch.It was truly a terrible experience and a waste of money.

He cares about your health, not just the almighty dollar. Ive had to get spacers for MRIs, and if he doesnt have the right size retainer, he wont put in the wrong size (like Ive had at other places--yes, it happens). Hes an amazing guy, an honest guy. Hell take really good care of you.

I was lucky enough to be tattooed by pony who typically stays booked out a month in advance but graciously fit me in. He listened to my ideas and then sketched a perfect tattoo for me. Along with pony the other guys were all incredibly nice and welcoming. We were visiting from Minnesota so the guys gave us suggestions for lunch and things to do and see, we followed their suggestions and had a great night in Alabama. My first tattoo experiance was awesome and I’d definitely fly back for another tattoo.

Our whole experience was awesome. My husband and I both got Disney tattoos from Pony, so we spent the entire day there. The entire staff was friendly and engaging, stopping in to check out our progress and share their Disney stories! Our tattoos are amazing and will definitely be going back to see Pony!!
