My air conditioner has not been working very well for a while, and finally died yesterday. I called in to AAA Air Conditioning at 9AM this morning. Dave and Will showed up within minutes (seriously! Within 10 minutes of my initial call!). They quickly diagnosed a burnt circuit board and capacitor were giving me a quote to fix it, but because I have had so much trouble with my old unit, I asked them to replace it. They left to get supplies and by 10AM Dave was pulling out the old unit. By 3PM my brand new ac unit was up and running.These guys were quick, professional, honest, and best of all (for my bank account at least) they got the job done for thousands of dollars less than what the other companies that I called had quoted me for a full replacement. AAA AIR CONITIONING is the only company I will use from now on! You should definitely give them a call if you have any air conditioning issues. They were Awesome!

Air conditioning problems in Lower Alabama are bad enough, especially when they occur in the middle of August. If you find yourself with issues and are in the service area of AAA Air Conditioning; consider yourself lucky. My family and I have been using them for years now and although I do not write reviews often, I honestly felt the need to sit down and write one now giving them my utmost recommendation because of too many factors to list. Their fair prices, their punctuality (our recent issue happened late at night and they still found time to squeeze us in the morning the next day) and their friendly service cannot be matched. Call them if you need air conditioning assistance, you will be happy you did.

Highly recommended this company! Carl was great to work with. My air conditioner had struggled the last few days to keep our home comfortable. I thought the unit might have been low on freon and probably needed some routine maintenance. Made an appointment with Carl this morning to check and clean the unit. He showed up on time and was very courteous. He checked the system and told me it was fine. The unit was even clean. He explained that the problem was due to the age of our house, the age of our system and the extreme temps this weekend. Instead of trying to sell me a new system, Carl gave me some tips on how best to run the system on those extreme days. He didnt even try to sell me any service plan. Only thing he asked for was that I keep him in mind when I do need to replace the system. It is refreshing to do business with someone who is more concerned with the customer and repeat business than with making a quick dollar.

When our VERY old Home ac backed up and flooded our hallway he fixed us up right away and taught me how to do some minor things myself to save money and keep it going a few more years. AAA Air Conditioning installed a complete central air/heat pump system in a 60 year old three bedroom house that we converted to office space. The house had only window AC units existing, so all ducting had to be added and sized appropriately to evenly heat and cool the seven rooms in the house. The duct runs were very difficult to accomplish given the small attic and crawl spaces. The job was completed on schedule and system performance is fantastic; temperature is very consistent between rooms. We could not be more pleased with the high quality work and the end product!

Before I called Carl, I had had some A/C work done by another company that my home warranty company pointed us to. There were repairs made but their work was shabby and didnt really fix the ultimate problem. Fast forward several months. We didnt renew the home warranty. Summer is approaching and we notice the A/C isnt cooling. Great.You never want to need A/C service. You just want it to work. So when you call someone, you want to feel like they understand, that theyll respond as quickly as they can, do the work right and not rip you off. These guys are great. I found out in the middle of the summer that both my units needed replacing. Carl came out and gave me a price that was much better than the competition. He even promised to keep my old units going until they could be replaced. A few days later they replaced both units on the day we scheduled. Excellent service....Twice in the last several years (in the smoldering heat of Alabama summertime), my AC wasnt working properly. Within the hour, Carl the owner came to the rescue for me and my 3 boys. I live in North Mobile county so Im not just around the corner. Did I mention within the hour?!
