Worse experience I have had with an auto glass company. They replaced my windshield after a rock cracked it, the windshield leaked around the headliner and stained it. I took it back to be fixed, they didn’t fix it in fact the leak became worse and soaked the carpet in my truck. Took them two weeks to get my truck in to be fixed again “ for the third time” they also refused to fix the carpet or headliner damage. 10/10 would not recommend.

They were amazing, got me in at 9:30 am, window w new motor fixed by 2:30

Very happy with the way they handled fixing our vehicles. We called and got in right away, we just had chips in our windows and they fixed them to where you almost can’t see them at all. Thanks AEAG!

Was quoted one price prior to having the work done. Very reasonable. Went for my appointment and the price was not what was quoted to me. I even had it written down by them.

An all around perfect experience. OffIce staff was nice and scheduling was prompt. They came to me within 2 days. Special kudos to Chris! He was super nice, polite prompt and efficient! He made the whole experience pleasant!

They do a good job on fixing your windshield but they definitely dont get to your car in a timely manner when they say theyre going to

I called to get a quote, got their number from their website, they were busy so they needed to call me back and that was fine. I just wanted a price so while I had to wait I called the Terre Haute location from the same website, and they gave me a quote of $250 for a windshield replacement. After I got off the phone the Danville location called me and quoted me $480. I asked why such the big price difference she first said taxes but I told her taxes wouldnt be $230 different then she said they are a totally different company. I think its because with all the hail damage they are raising their rates. I will call back in about 3 months and I bet it will be back down be close to the Terre haute locations price. just a bad way to do business.

Mrbad2dbone is mistaken. These guys have been around for 30 years and always stand behind their work. Maybe Courtesy didnt tell them what he wanted. Call them back and talk with manager. I use them all the time, reliable, dependable, and fair prices.
