Well the Young lady at the exit was very nice. While in the store shopping the stockers could definitely brush up on people skills.simply smile and be polite.

You have to be careful here. Somethings are deals and somethings are just buying lots of something for the same price.I do think the meats are high quality and a great buy. The produce is good but often times they are selling more of an item than I can eat.My biggest complaint is the gas. Its the only place in town that always has a line and the area is tight for my truck and trailer.

Its average for a sams club. The store layout is okay. All of the employees seemed happy as we walked around. They finally had the diet green tea in stock. We normally go to sams club for a month worth of drinks. The cashier we had was really nice and helpful.

The staff have always been amazing here. Store manager is phenomenal. I went recently and forgot my receipt for my things at the Food counter and the lady in the kitchen actually walked around to find out who it belonged to. Without her I would have had a hard time trying to leave.

Did not have the 50lb wild bird feed they have not had for awhile now disappointed

When at Sams yesterday. I went to the Cafe place in the front to buy 2 pretzels. I was told if I did not have the correct change my charge be rounded up to the next dollar and given to some charity. This is ludicrous! A place the size of Sams cannot make change? Even at the checkout I was asked to donate money!!!

Fairly good store bathroom stays pretty clean I love the fact that they have a eating area which is limited at this time but still open other than that shopping is always pleasant most the time... the shopping carts are still heavy LOL merchandise is usually in stock one or two items or so when I go are usually not in stock but pretty much well stock!

Ill go here to this one if I cant go to the Lynchburg Sams Club. I did however find my favorite cara cara oranges and pecan halves. Also I have a favorite coconut water that I like to purchase in bulk. The last two times however I was not able to het these chicken stuffed with broccoli and cheese and had to get chicken cordon blue. This time I had to get chicken stuffed with cheese and asparagus.

Scan and go is great now that they allow you to check out with alcohol and not go thru the register. Store help desk easy to deal with. Just wish they had some of the products other Sams Clubs have.

I enjoy the availability that Sams club has of many grocery items I buy regularly. The pharmacy fills all my prescriptions. Very friendly staff. They now have glasses as well. Im so glad I bought a membership there.

Getting things in bulk is perfect!!! Although it’s nicer to go on the morning versus the afternoon employees (they’re a bit rude)

This is a really nice store excellent service and very kind workers. They were so helpful, you see I lost my phone in the store and everyone went searching for my phone. Thank God my friend and I found it on a sofa that I was sitting on. We all was happy 😊 that I found the phone. The pizza 🍕 was delicious and the price was even better. I enjoyed my trip to Sams Club if you are in the area stop in for a while buy something and have yourself a couples slices of pizza and a drink and you will be happy 😊 that you did!!

Sams Club in Danville, VA was a very clean and a very professional shopping experience... Seriously considering relocation to Danville with my long-almost lost love of my life... A little country, but peaceful and relaxing(visualized no issues or crime)!

Wish they had a system in place where they could scan the bar code on an item being held in a cage to see if its in stock instead of waiting for 30 mins for an employee to look for it.

This is my go to Sams club. The employees here have always been very nice and helpful in assisting me if need be. They have some great deals in here most of the time. The jewelry here though is where you can really score a deal. My friend got a wedding ring here at Sams club and paid 3k and a jeweler tried to buy it from her for 10k. This store is always very organized and clean. I highly recommend this Sams club to anybody.

I always enjoy going to Sams Club has everything we are looking for people are courteous ask if are finding everything ok and we do the closest store is in Danville Va but we enjoy the ride going to Danville pretty scenery it is well worth the trip only complaint is would love to see a few small carts to use while we are in the store a big cart is hard to deal with sometimes

The Danville Va store doesn’t want to give you cash back. If you return they want to put the money on a gift card. I reported this and was told this was not their policy. Beware‼️

Im not really a big fan of Sams club but mostly because i dont like being deceived. I joined this club almost a year ago with a promise of a gift card... Never got it.. So i dont think i will be renewing

Im sad and disappointed that the jewelry counter would not honor the price marked on a set of earrings I picked out for Mothers day. The price went to more than double and Coach John wouldnt budge. Dont trust the stickers before you set your heart on any of the jewelry.

Everyone was very friendly. Scan and go is the best part of Sams Club now. No more waiting! No more self-checkout issues or having to touch the machine.

Manager goes above and beyond to resolve issues brought to his attention, and hes very courteous! Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Worth a membership for sure! Dont forget to try their rotisserie chicken, you wont be disappointed.

Reasonably busy, but fairly typical for a Sunday. I would suggest the Sams Club app & its scan & go feature as it spares you having to find a free register to check out.

Sams isnt worth the price of membersip unless you have a large family or having to buy in bulk for some reason. There is no reason for us to renew our membership when you can get what Sams club offers any place else. I wish they would be competitive with Costco as far as out of the ordinary items offered so we wouldnt have to go out of town to shop.

Sams is a great place to get good deals on bulk products. You can go in, get what you need, go thru checkout pretty fast and be on your way. Great prices on gas as well!

I like Sams Club but its nothing extra special about this particular one. Sams does have a vast variety of products which sometimes are hard for me to find since I dont live near any big city with lots of choices. Ive noticed that some prices at Sams are higher on some products as compared to say Walmart, Food Lion, or Target. One must be a savvy shopper when visiting bulk stores. This is one of the two Sams that I visit usually and Ive never had a bad experience. The aisles have plenty of room to easily pass through even when meeting another shopper and the store is clutter free.

We got to Sams Club several times a month enjoy the savings. I also have my medicine at Sams Pharmacy everyone is very friendly.

I come here every week to shop for a big order. Most often, everything I need is in stock. The prices are great and the store is always clean.

I love to buy in bulk so that it lasts us through the entire month. I spent about $200 and got a lot of food! Everyone was pleasant but it was crowded at 2-3pm on a Wednesday due to most folks still being out of work.

The store was clean and this time better stocked and employee more visible and available.

Always get my fuels there. Met a gent who complained about how quickly the gas prices were rising. I asked if he took note of the diesel price, since that is what I was getting. He finally noticed diesel priced had decreased and was now the same price as premium gas. He stopped complaining.

It is a club ran by some dude names Sam. I joined but havent got to meet him yet.

They dont have enough help for the customers and the prices are not low enough compared to other local stores to make it worth the price of membership. Recently they had regular gas in the tank marked diesel fuel which ruined many vehicles. Some times their gas prices are actually higher than the Walmart gas prices. My experience with their optical department was very bad. They did not accept my insurance but they gave me a form to file but my insurance never paid me either so that was a total bust. They only positive thing I have to say is, their whole rotisserie chickens are very reasonably priced and taste great, when they are fully cooked. The associate in that department is very nice and helpful.

If youre buying for a big family or restaurant it is the place .

Products are fab..inventory great. Checkout is a NIGHTMARE...Series of blocked off areas that are difficult..one cashier the rest self checkout that is slow packed and no one seemed to be able to do it all the way thru..they were motioning over workers to help. . Second time I have seen this rodeo..very unorganized..makes me rethink renewing my membership.
